Briefly describe your problem or issueI placed an battery order #A040318456 for $29.29US on 4/3/14. By 5/7/14 when it did not arrive, I placed a ticket complaint via fasttech's website. Since that time after more than 35 messages posted to the ticket over 100 days, I have not received an replacement nor credit/refund for the lost order. Just one excuse after another if not outright lies. fasttech does not live up to it's customer service policies.
