Briefly describe your problem or issuePlaced order on 3/27/14, contacted vendor numerous times only to be ignored. They charged my CC on 3/31/14, here it is 6/16/14 with no contact, no cancellation of order even after it's been requested. I'll be filing a complaint and disputing the transaction. Worst customer service I've ever had.
