Can't log in and password reset fails

Hi, when I try to log in I get this:

I receive the email:

But when I open the link I get this:

I've tried several times, so I had to make this account since the contact form dd not help.

My old username is 'ducasse', I can verify all the details and still control the email it is registered to - i t possible to get this opened?

What is the email associated with the old account? PM it to me and I'll do the necessary magic.

I should also add for all users, please ensure your email addresses are current and valid with your accounts. If I have to do a forced reset on accounts, those email addresses are going to be vital in order for you to change your passwords.
