I will add a +1 for 1st class on small orders. I'm on a limited income and a 5 pack will last me about a month, so I have no need to order more than 1 or 2 packs at a time - so $6.95 is kinda steep for only 2 tiny 5 packs. It has already prevented me from actually placing another order so I am all set when these last couple cartos are finished.

Other than that, I couldn't be happier with my VK. :)

when i buy or trade reptiles from other breeders allover the us, we use fedex and it can be steep but thats overnight livestock shipping, it varys from 20 to 40 depending on size. but from what i know, for a small fedex non livestock package, its less then 10 bucks. way better then the 26.89 for usps....:p

delta dash is another option we use for shipping but you would need a 2nd service to ship from the airport to your house??????? poss. option..

Freebies with every order? Inexpensive next-day shipping? Good lord... are you a reincarnation St. Nicholas, Nicholas of Myra, a saint and Bishop of Myra???? :)

LOL! Hanukkah Harry!!!

Service is beyond what 99% of ALL store types do from you guys so whatever you feel you want to provide us I'm sure is more than enough.

Different shipping options might be nice, but I really think they're fine just the way they are now.

With UPS, if the package is under 30lbs, they rape you on charges.
Not sure with Fed Ex but there is another plus to using USPS:

See, once the package gets into USPS' hands it's considered federal property. So if any states decided to make the e-cig illegal, they have no power to look or touch the package in any way.

Found this out b/c I work for a company that sells cigars (not cigarettes) over the net and ships from a state with very low tobacco taxes to keep prices low. We used to always use UPS to ship b/c we can get a large bulk discount on shipping fees. But some of our customer's were getting billed by their state (MI being one in particular) for the tobacco taxes when we have never, and will never until legally forced to give out any of that information to state govt. The state was sending ppl onto UPS trucks to look at packages and opening them to bill them for the tax. With USPS, the states cannot do this.

Of course it also didn't help that we also found out that Mastercard was turning names over too. (we no longer accept MC )

I am very happy with the response time from placing an order to home delivery. The option to express at 26.95 is good to know is there. When thinking about starting to vape, a big concern I had was what happens when I run out of supplies and can't just run to the store and buy more. I would like to see a cheaper first class option if possible. Then I wouldn't wait until my order is high enough in cost to justify spending that amount on shipping. (i.e. I think I would order more often but at lower total orders) I know a big selling point for a friend on the Blu was the free shipping, which they thought would make it an overall cheaper method - so new people may be tempted more with a lower shipping or promo type on certain low weight items.
However, as everyone else has said V4L always has shipped very fast and their service is excellent. In the end it is worth it, and certainly cheaper than smokes where I live.
