I keep my bottles at room temperature, which for 9-10 months of the year is at air-conditioned temps. I store the 10mL-60mL bottles in plastic organizer storage cases. My 120mL and larger bottles are kept in cardboard boxes or plastic totes. All of them are stored away from any heat source and/or exposure to light.

@DavidOck ive read that for couple months cabinet room temp is fine, but im talking 1 year or 2 years saving, im reading fridge and freezer cause it keeps it fresh longer that true?

Some of my flavorings are 3 or more years old, still taste fine.

I have also read - not tested! - that some flavorings will separate out if chilled or "frozen".
