I usually buy from Wizard labs. They are consistently high quality and I trust them. I am just wondering if the less expensive vendors are reputable and have a good product. PG or VG base is fine. Also, which ones will ship to NC? I trust Nude Nicotine, but alas, they do NOT ship to NC at all.

Of the following vendors on UncleJunkie's thread, which have high quality product and will ship to me?:
Heartland Vapes
Perfect vape
Delosi Labs
Nicotine Giant
vaping Zone

Keep in mind that heartland no longer has 100% PG Nic base so if that's what you want you can scratch them off your list.

I don't know who ships where but a month ago I checked Nic Giant and they shipped everywhere but 2 or 3 states. You have to go through checkout and read shipping policies to find out.

I never bought NG nic but if you look at their shipping prices, it seems they are very friendly, if you know what I mean.

But smacuser brings up a good point about CTX. Be forewarned, though. If yo do buy from them, do not mention anything at all about vape and ecigs or they will not sell to you. They were recently through a lawsuit about selling nic for non-vape use. I don't know the outcome of that lawsuit but being they are still in business I think they had a favorable outcome, but you mention vape/ecig and you're not gonna get anything. This is according to the notice on their checkout page.

The upsides to CTX
1. it's reported to actually be high quality
2. It already comes in glass so no decanting needed
3. it's purged of air.

The downside is, being that it's in an amber bottle, and therefore in order to check it's color (and even smell it) you have to open the bottle , #3 is kinda pointless. I would never just put a bottle of nic away and assume it was just fine because it was $150 lol. That's foolish.

Carolina Xtraction Technologies is a 30 minute drive from where you live. Yes, it'd be more expensive, but could be a last resort situation.

At this stage of The Game if I needed Nicotine Base and a Supplier with reported Good Quality was 30 Minutes away, I would...

Call in Sick to Work.
Grab a handful of Beef Jerky and a couple of CD's.
Make sure I had my Credit Card and and a Bid Wad of Cash.
Put the Car in Road Trip Mode and Go!

There's a good chance Carolina Xtract only offers internet/mail order for retail orders.

I tried checking out with my address and also with a Durham NC address 23 miles away and there was no option for local pickup, just shipping. Better call them first if you plan on making a road trip. They may very well not accept face-to-face business/pickups for retail orders.

Shipping is $23 for 1-3 liters.

Is Heartland nicotine base good quality?

Depends on who you talk to. Some people just have to have the more expensive stuff. But heartland nic works for me and many others on ECF.

I only ever had heartlands house brand and NicSelect and I couldn't tell any difference between the 2.

If you're OK with 100%VG or 50PG/50VG nic base, then I say give them a whirl. They haven't sold 100% PG nic base for a VERY long time now so I don't see them selling it any time soon. They must have a hard time sourcing PG and are using what they have strictly for their house juice manufacturing.

That said, Delosi Labs (NicBase.om) isn't as popular as a lot of other nic vendors, but I only ever heard good things about them.

I've used a Lot of the Heartland Vapes House Brand Nicotine Base in the past. It was Very Good.

If they will Ship to your Location, Buy as much as you think you will Need for the foreseeable future.

So, Heartland does not ship to NC. My next options are PerfectVape and Delosi Labs. Anyone have experience with nicotine from either of these vendors?
There is nothing but good reports about delosi labs freebase nic on elr. I ordered salts from them and happy with them.

HOw did you find out that heartland doesn't ship to
Sent them an email and they said they have not filed for certification to be able to ship to NC.

I guess you mean heartland. I meant the other two you are inquiring about. Have you contacted them to see if they will even ship to NC. Because if they don't it doesn't matter how good their nic base is. You have to go through the list and contact each vendor and see if they ship to NC, then ask which of those people like best.

Heartland will let me checkout with an NC address, so using checkout forms is apparently not a good way to gauge if they will ultimately ship to a state. Vape suppliers are notorious for being very bad at using their shopping carts systems properly and efficiently.

Yes, I meant Heartland. I have sent email inquiries to the other vendors but I am waiting for replies.

Even if they respond positively, I don't mind paying a little extra and going with Wizard Labs. WL has served me well in the past and I know what I get from them will be top quality.

And unreliable source on reddit told me that Wizard is no longer shipping retail orders despite their site showing a retail page and a wholesale page. Just so you know...don't be surprised if they won't ship.

Aaaaaaand....Vaping Zone does NOT ship to NC either. They are falling like dominoes.

Spoke on the phone to a few suppliers. While the state of NC (and even Florida) may be listed as okay, there are certain zip codes within the state they can't ship to. I asked about NC, and yes, certain zip codes are no go, I don't know why. One vendor is in Florida, large business, must stick to rules. Last person I spoke with can ship from the shop, but can not get anything shipped to her zip code.

A quick read looks like its the decision of local carriers, but not sure if there is a restriction in your area alone.

This may be due to lack of last mile carriers in certain zip codes. Not necessarily a legal matter.
