Hi everyone I'm a newbie to. I have a question about the eGo T 3200 mAh I have bought two of these and they both seem to be duds. It seems that the blue light stays on and it just doesn't work at all. Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem. Any info would be greatly appreciated because he's batteries are driving me crazy. Thanks guys

Sorry tried to send a picture but it said the file is too large which I do not understand why. But it looks like your normal spinner little fatter shorter and you adjust the voltage by doing 5 clicks, and 5 more clicks and so on. That's about the only way I know how to describe battery sorry. If I can figure a way to send a picture I will. So if you have any ideas what's going on with this thing please let me know like I said its the second battery that I've had this problem with. So any help would be great thanks

Without more info, I think I would take it back to the place you bought it-- or go to your local vape store, if you ordered it online-- and see if they can help you. Right off the bat, I'd say you got a bad one (or two). I think of eGo batteries as disposable parts; you use them when they work and throw them away when they don't.

Yeah, when I read this thread I looked it up. It's a big Ego with VV. It's three click to change voltage. Maybe you're turning it off when trying to change voltage.

I guess it is 5 clicks.

What tank and Ohm rating on the coil are you trying to fire on it. Most Ego Class batteries have a 1.5ohm is the minimum resistance it will fire. Most times if the coil of the tank/atomizer is below 1.5ohms it will light up and just stay on for about 5 to 10 seconds, this is the low resistance warning error message.

OK, I saw it. Looks like a regular old eGo, except bigger. Click on, click off, click to adjust voltage, push the button to vape. I'm guessing you bought it from Fasttech, since you sent me there to look? "Blue light stays on" sounds like a bad battery. It's been a while, but when I was using eGos, they would flash the light when the battery was dead. What happens when you charge them?

This is just a clone of ego twist in a big battery that lasts about 18 hours.

It takes about 4 hours to charge this battery. A few users said it took 10+ hours to charge THE FIRST TIME .

Some users say it stopped taking charge in about 1 hour, so they diconnected it and then re-connected and it started charging again. Make sure it is fully charged!

Next, did you get the variable voltage one?
how to change the voltage: press five times to step up to the next setting, which was low (red light), medium (purple light), high (blue light), off.
Blue light indicates you are vaping at highest setting, 4.15 volts.

Are you saying blue light stays ON even when you are not pressing the button?????

Are you using the correct charging cable?
Do you have a wall adapter to plug the USB into?
Can you test the charging cable on another item?

Otherwise, put in a trouble ticket w/fasstech and initiate a return. They take stuff back and will replace. But since it's both batteries, I think you are not charging correctly.

Yes I've done all the above. No I made sure it was charging correctly and the blue light stays on even when its not pressed so I am going to put in a ticket with fasttech and see if they'll take care of it. Actually I know they will they did the first one so guess I'll get busy and send it back. Thanks for all your help and info man
That's the plan then. You might want to consider buying one at a local B&M, a) to get you by in the meantime and b) so you have somebody to complain to/force to make it work. You don't have to hand over the money until it's vaping on your tank that way. It will probably be smaller capacity, and cost more, but it will be working when you leave the store.

I've had juice on the battery contact and juice on the recharger contact and it has give me a little trouble charging.

if you could try clicking till the unit was completely off and then try the charging process again.

some of my ego type batteries had funny/odd temperaments a mind of their own sometimes.

running them all the way dead til no more vapor and taking them off and putting them back on the charger all seem sometimes to

reset the circuit boards and they would work great after fiddling around with them.

Sometimes the automatic circuits in these get confused and you have to start from square one again.

Good luck to you-----thetrucker

Yes, sounds like bad ones since nothing should be lit on a battery unless you are activating it.

5 click it to OFF. As trucker suggested, and see if they reset.

If I were you I'd get something else from them or ask specifically if they can test before sending.....but not sure I would re-purchase same product. :) It is UNUSUAL to receive 2 batteries that BOTH have the same problem.

Quality would be a question for me now.......

Are you sure? I havent used egos forever, but know I've seen plenty of videos of people fireing RDAs lower then 1.5
