My friend found this one protein mix - it had 60 mg per serving at only 160 calories. I'll ask him what it's called. Do you think BCAA's and glutamine helped significantly? I tried glutamine capsules but it didn't seem to do much. Creatine does work though. What HGH synagogue are you using? I'm tempted to try it.

60mg of protein is actually a waste since the body can only utilize 25mg per hour and you pee out whatever's left...They like to get the people that aren't aware of that.

Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid (one that common and abundant in the body) that stimulates anabolic muscle growth. The thing is that if you're sick or injured (and you're BOTH when you're working out heavily) the body uses it all faster than it can be created / naturally consumed which makes it, in effect, an essential amino for lifters.

Before you'd see any real results, though, you'd have to be on a sustained dose...at least a couple of weeks.

As for the HGH stuff, I've been using an herbal from Xyience but I am thinking of switching to a GABA based product (as long as it doesn't give me funky dreams)...We'll see.

Thanks for the info - I have a weight gainer I'm using as a meal replacement (has similar stats to ensure but with more protein) for my running and it has glutamine and some BCAAs.

I added Nutrex lipo6x to my stack and it has been working good. It kills hunger comparable to Ephedrine but it's giving me way too much libido boost. The energy boost is decent though I do get jitters.

I just ordered a bunch of supplements from 1fast400.com. Will be adding the following to my daily supplementation:

E-Stane - a prohormone clone of epistane/havoc
Ginkgo Biloba Powder
Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium
Green Tea Powder
Milk Thistle Powder (80%)
Psyllium Husk Fiber
SyneBurn - synephrine
ZMA

So far I think my supplementation is working. I had a deep cut from last Saturday and it has healed almost completely by today. Also, I seem to recover FASt from my workouts - I had some soreness in my foot joints from a run on Thursday and it is gone today. My endurance has improved considerably and I have a lot of energy.
