Not underpowered, nor over-powered. Add juice, strong juice to start. You can beat the Smoking Monster with this kit. I did, and many others have too. I totally agree with Atty about your preferences. However, you may have no idea, so why not trust the Veterans on this? I was a 35 year, 3 PAD smoker, who failed at quitting exactly 18 times, all serious efforts. By the way, this kit, with juice, and shipping is less than $90. This is the best deal I have seen. Vapedudes.com, for 38.00 you get 2 ego batteries,2 ce4s and charger and 3-10ml bottles of juice. Their juice is excellent! They sell out of these kits fast. The 3 bottles of juice are worth 18.00.

If you want a decent starting VV device I'd have to recommend the Vamo V2/V3. I'm using the V2, it's been great, and I have a few friends who are also quite happy using it. They have several Vamo starter kits at Fasttech.

do like i did and go for a protank with 1300mah (gives you 15 hours of heavy vaping) short form factor ego batteries. just make sure you order three and not two batts like some advice - always good to have a backup. also, get two chargers (for the same reasons). shop online it's cheaper. so two protanks, three 1300mah 'fatties' (or spinners) and two chargers is a good combo that will last you forever and will cost you less. also, get a spare pack of 5x protank attys.
