sometimes when I vape with my Aspire nautilus mini, I get a wet feeling in the back of my throat. Any ideas?

I suspect this will depend on what juice you are vaping, as well. I have a couple of juices that are very dry, and a couple that are very wet feeling.
I tried a Nautilus Mini for a while, and while I didn't care for it (too airy, I'm a confirmed M2L hitter, and too hard to rebuild the coils), as I recall it was not much different from any other tank with respect to wet or dry for any given juice. As long as you are not overpowering it, and getting juice pops directly to the throat (You'd likely know, they tend to burn!) I'd really bet it's the juice.

What wattage? The higher the wattage, the more condensation will occur.

When I vape, sometimes if I decide to chain vape and exhale through the nose, after a while I get water dripping from my nose.
I vape at 10 to 15 watts.
