That is now our life, finding the correct loophole. Shipping vape products to consumers is not allowed in my state (Georgia) so Element Vape (and maybe other retailers) ship to one of those mailbox stores and then I pick it up from there. I guess creativity is required to vape now a days.
I live in GA and I don't think vape is illegal here. I can't imagine why they wouldn't ship here. I use local shops now and get decent prices.
It is because of a new law they just passed.
Sales of vapor products to anyone other than a licensed manufacturer, importer, distributor or dealer of vapor products must be made in in-person, face-to-face sale.
Ga. Code Ann. § 48-11-4.1 (2021)
In person sales are allowed, but all sales must be in person, hence no shipping of vape products is legal in Georgia. So ya, it is legal in B&M shops and you have to get creative if you want something from an online retailer. The new reality.
Shops should see an opportunity to order things for customers. They should be able to make a reasonable markup on the traffic as an incentive.
