USPS screws up once again. Vape mail gone missing

I have had nothing but bad luck with the USPS, What a terrible and mediocre service they provide, if you can even call it that. My vape mail has once again gone missing. After countless attempts at speaking with a human over their hotline number, I gave up and decided to go to my local post office then 2 more surrounding the area. I ordered a mod from mad vapes that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It was marked as out for delivery and it never showed up. I waited till today and the mailman passed by, and nothing in the mailbox once again. So, I went over to the local post office hoping to locate the package. After dealing with horrendous employees and customer service, I was told my package was not in the facility. I was instructed to visit the other nearby post office. Same story, no luck whatsoever. I was told to "make a case" and thats all they could do for me. I'm beginning to suspect that my package was stolen by a USPS employee. Heres the tracking info.

What can I do about this? I don't see me "making a case" getting me anywhere. The package was not insured either. I think I'm screwed and lost my money.

I've had this happen before.
My last incident with the USPS was also a nightmare. Package out for delivery and then showed "not deliverable". In approximately 45 more minutes it showed delivered but it wasn't in my mailbox- it did mysteriously find its way into my mailbox the next day though.

It seems that the USPS is becoming more like UPS every day.

I hear ya. Unfortunately most online vendors only have the USPS option. My last order prior to this one shipped from Ohio, made it's way to california, then from California it made its way to Michigan then finally started heading down south. Took weeks to get here. I also remember another order going from philly all the way to Puerto Rico. I can't stand the USPS, It's no wonder they are going bankrupt. They can blame Electronic Mail all they want but it's their crap service thats got them where they are at.

I have never had a problem with the Postal Service. I am continually amazed how fast their service is

I had the same "Delivery status not updated" thing. I ended up having to call to find out what post office it was at, have them ship it to the one nearer my home. Then go pick it up.

It was quite the snaffu.

My package is currently sitting in Opa Locka, fl. I live in Ca, so does the vendor... Ugh...

If it said out for delivery I'd assume your mail carrier either stole it or put in the wrong mailbox
