Trident RBA Quad Nano Micro Coil

Just built this and haven't vaped it yet. Its sitting atop a Maraxus clone mod. Don't have a ohm meter but I used my son's SVD and it says 0.0 ohms. The coil was built with 28g kanthal wrapped on a large paperclip. 11 wraps each coil.

look how the coils are glowing differently... I just don't get it... your better off with a single coil what with the way they are glowing.. and its dangerous

Lawd had mercy ! Please read up on sub ohm building before attempting these kind of builds.

They are glowing like that because they are fading out. The fire button was not pressed when I took that picture. Trust me they fire from the center out and glow evenly and very bright.

30A is good but you need a multi meter aswell bro

your coils look like they are well away from the side wall, when you put your top cap on sometimes it will touch the coils on the trident

I checked that. Plenty of room on the sides. I'm not new at building coils. I plan to get a ohm reader but the SVD can read the ohms too. I've just never seen one that read 0.0.

My husband just checked it with 2 different ohm meters. Its a 0.0 ohm build. And it actually fires great. I juiced it up and its a great warm vape. I'm taking it to my local vape shop tomorrow for a 2nd opinion.

A lot of the apv ohm meters will read 0.0/short if it's below 0.6 ohms. Get a miliohm meter if you're going to be building that low.

Really? The SVD has been reading all of my built coils accurately. The reading was done on that as well as a digital multimeter and a multimeter with a needle.

Wait do you mean you a paperclip to make the coil out of? I hope not cause if I'm right most paperclips are galvinised(sp) steel! A HUGE no no to use as a coil. Ask a welder why its a bad idea

Then you need a 4th meter because that is not a 0.0 ohm build.
Maybe you have an intermittent short.

Your resistance is .3 ohm
