If you're using ejuice with nic..........too much is when you get "nic sick". :pOtherwise, there is no such thing as too much!
If you want to cut down, increase your nic %.
And your vape gear can bring the amount of ML up or down, ie, dripping, tank, etc. But, as was said, as long as it keeps you away from stinkies, it's all cool!:)

When we smoked the nic hit was almost immediate through the lungs. With vaping it's a delayed reaction through the mucous membranes. I was thinking the other day that I don't remember having a nic OD since I first started vaping, and up until 6 months ago I was vaping 24mg juice all day like a fiend.

Add to that the fact that when I dropped from 24mg to 8mg there was little difference. I still have some 24mg around and once in a while I'll fill a tank and vape it. After I've titrated down to 8mg and 11mg I can still vape 24mg here and there without getting dizzy. Go figure. I think it's accurate when studies say we aren't getting nearly the nicotine we think we are from vaping.

i was in the green this weekend, myself.

i'll break even again in a few days. the wife and i went to vape fest this weekend and blew more than we needed to. but we had fun and found maybe a dozen new juices we liked and some little things we had to pick up.

though, i've been vaping since nov. and my vape budget is for 5 people while my break even only accounts for my smoking habits. so all in all, we'll never really be in the black or red.

if you're really into vaping and not smoking and your goal is to save money, you'll get there. there's a steep learning curve at first, especially financially as you learn what gear and juices work for you.

if you really want to save money, consider looking into DIY. do some research here in the DIY section and familiarize yourself with safe practices and tools/techniques. then get to saving.

good luck.
