Been tryin with the coconut for a while, started a couple of threads on it myself... it's surprisingly difficult. Heabob's brown sugar extra suggestion is used often, but I can really taste it over the coconut. So far Capellas and Hangsens are working best for me, but none are really a bakery type, and I sweeten them..
Funny how everybody's tastes are so different, as I can't even tell what the Brown Sugar tastes like, lol.
(Unless I drip some on my finger)
But I'm using it at 1% or less...
And I wouldn't use sweetener for coconut either, but that's just me, lol.
Instead Marshmallow, Whipped Cream, Sweet Cream, CAP Vanilla Custard v2, etc, will help to give it a sweet creamy-ness IMO.
Prolly find out later that it only takes 5 drops of Ripe Banana to push it over to nice-ness
