So I just started rebuilding mesh wicks in my aga-T2 and having some issues.
Im using ss mesh 500 started out with a peice 1 1/2'' long buy 3' wide and rolled pretty tight, there is some room in the middle id say you could probably poke two small pins in the center or so.
I oxidize the sheet and then roll, I fold the edge over on a small crease on the outside edge. then oxidize the wick 3-4 times to get a good coating on it. I can get a few good hits and then it just doesn't seem to be wicking well at all.
30g kanthal 4 wraps 1.3-1.5 ohms.
Maybe a thicker wick? There seems to be quite a bit of room in the wick hole yet, but not sure if you should really have it tight in the wick hole?
Help, advice? I followed a tutorial here on ECF I cant remember the exact one but I followed it to a T. Anyway any ideas?
Thanks for you help, vape on!!
