Hey I have a question.
I know that if you are getting life insurance, they send someone over to take blood and urine samples (pee and bleed, they call it). If you're vaping say a 12 mg juice, 3 or 4 mls a day - but you've been off the stankies for 6 months. Is your blood work/Pee ganna come back as "smoker" to them? I know that after 45 days, a smoker who hasn't smoked for that time period will get a "clean" result from the pee and bleed.
Anyone know what they're checking for in those samples?

Yeah, but noobs and all that. At first, I called it an e-cig and e-smoking.
I'm also not a hundred percent sure I like the term "vaping." It sounds like I'm doing something I ought not be doing.
I'm also not sure what term I'd use, but I'm open to suggestions! I'm tempted to call the thing my inhaler since that's what I use it as and that's what I'm doing.

Smoking is what you do with a cigarette... Pretty sure it got its nickname from the combustion along with fire and burning being involved. Vaping is what you do with an e cigarette... You're vaporizing a liquid with a heat source. So no, technically you are not a smoker anymore.
You're right, teh noobs phenomenon is unfortunately probably going to influence the name of this sub forum.
But anyway, release your stigmas man, vaporizing aka vaping is good!

Well not too many non-smokers would be chewing on nic gum so I bet the Insurance cos are just fine using Nicotene as a screen for smokers.
I'm a non-smoker, ins. companies don't think so but I didn't do it for them, their usual question is "Smoked in the last 12 months" which is VERY far outside of the standard cessation time limits.
My doctor said it was perfectly fine to continue vaping. He said the nicotine is not that bad, so if it keeps me from smoking he is all for it.
I haven't "smoked" since 2009. Nor will I be corralled into smoking sections and be forced to breathe the second hand smoke of real smokers to make some ignorant person feel comfortable. I vape heavy. But I am a non-smoker.
When I first started looking into PVs and reading online at the various forums, review sites, etc. I thought the terms "vape" and "vaping" sounding beyond lame. Kinda smarmy or something. I don't think that anymore, now that I am, myself, a "vaper". But the term made me cringe at first! 
I'm a pure vaper now and intend to keep it that way. the only wordplay comes when people ask "What's that thing?" and the only way to answer that won't melt their brain is to call it an electronic cigarette. (calling it an e-cig just gets a confused look and an "eh?")
to the vaping community, im considered a vaper, as to those who who arent in the vaping community and arent aware of e cigs, im a smoker and treated as one unfortunately
