I just read an article that Hong Kong (ie, China) would not ship after April 27 in anticipation of the May 2 tariff deadline. It doesn't mean they won't ship, perhaps by FedEx, but I agree on the hurrying part.

CB does seem to have v3 left, not just the preorder we talked about in dimmer threads, unless the site isn't updating properly (not that I've had such an experience with them, they actually used to be my favourite with the quickest delivery back in the day).
Also found it in a couple of German shops. One for 43€ which is reasonable for taxed and not directly from shenzen.
