Seeking recommendations for Variable Voltage e-cig starter kit

I've been looking for a starter kit for my son and found that the Kanger Evod seemed to get pretty good reviews. After researching a bit further it looked like variable voltage batteries give significantly improved performance so I started looking for starter kits including VV batteries, but I have been having some trouble finding kits with this type of battery. I was wondering if there was a good performing and good value starter kit that forum members might recommend. Thanks.

I like the Vision Spinner batteries with a mini protank 2.

I've given away 4 of those to family smokers and they all like them pretty well.
Just twist the dial at the bottom of the batter to change voltage.. they work quite nice.

you can get them all over the place online.
same with the protank mini 2
and remember a charger

I'm far from an expert but ... I own 2 innokin itaste vv v3.0's and love them. A lot of folks will suggest the innokin mvp2. It's a larger "box" type with much longer batter life. Depends on your preference... size vs. battery life. But both are very popular and solid products.

I'm going to second the Vision Spinner recommendation. Just read up on battery safety and don't charge it with anything other than the charger it's supplied with.

innokin vv v3 is a better starter kit. it has variable wattage as well.

Most from what found the evod kits are non vv, but if you go up one step to a mini pro tank 2 with vv you will get more bang for your buck.

Maybe even consider the InnokinMVP2. It's boxy, but a lot of vape for the money!
For a great VV starter kit, I'd recommend this - it's more, but you get 2 of everything, which is kind of recommended...charge one while you vape the other...

For batteries I just use ego twists, as for carts the itaste 30 and 30s are the best I've had so far. The protank 2 is nice too despite leakage once in a while

I own and like both the Spinner and iTasteVV.

Not much between them i.m.o.

Overall, I'd go with the iTaste for the VW and the battery power read-out.

i started off with a smoktech winder 1300 mah kit; they're pretty much the same thing.
