I honestly can't tell the difference between a burnt cartomizer and tribeca from halo. At first it tasted similar to butterscotch but the next day(even when I changed to a fresh prefilled cart) it tastes different, a stronger taste but no longer butterscotch. I've heard of steeping but can they steep in sealed cartos? New to vaping so I have yet to experience what a burnt cartomizer tastes like. My plan is to just vape one until it burns so I can tell the difference.

Haven't had the chance to taste other e liquids as I'm waiting for cartomizers in the mail

Will a burnt cartomizer still produce vapor?

I'm new to the forums but have been vaping a while, so maybe I can help. Are you properly filling the cartomizers? There may be dry spots in the fill near the bottom. I've tried Halo's tobacco sampler. Their tobacco juices do benefit from a good 2 week steep. The Tribeca tastes like an RY4 to me. I use it at work in my G6 with cartos, and it tastes great. The carts hold around 25 drops of juice when completely dry. Try whipping the cart towards the floor in your hand a few times to force the liquid down to the bottom, and top it off again. This may help.

I only have tribeca in prefilled cartomizers. It's also the only e liquid I've gotten to try since I'm waiting on empty carts.

If you burn the plastic in a carto it will still produce vapor. It will taste like burnt plastic. On the first fill, you must bottom fill the carto to make sure that the first hit is a wet one. Otherwise you will melt dry plastic. You'll never get that taste out.

Wow, thank you for that video. I was planning on putting drops from the top. This works on the G6 carts?
