Wanna hear something even more disgusting? If you eat meat you're eating all types of viruses, bacteria, pus, rat-cow-fly-pig etc. feces, hormones, antibiotics...on and on and on....oh and most notably, A DEAD ANIMAL'S CARCASS...beaver .... flavoring really shouldn't bother u that much:)

Mmmm... delicious carcass. That reminds me, time to start my lamb stew with a side of roast spotted owl, kitten, and baby seal.

There are all kinds of foods I refuse to eat on general principle, such as shrimp. I saw a live shrimp running around in an aquarium with it's .... in the air and that was the end of shrimp for me.

I like sausage, and hot dogs, and processed lunch meats and no thank you, I do not want to know what is in them, thank you very much. Ignorance really is bliss when it comes to some things. I'm still gonna vape my strawberries and vanillas and just refuse to think about the beaver aspect any longer!

I don't even like the real ones!

Gawd what an awful job....

"Hey Bill...what do you do for a living?"
"Well Tom, I milk the .... glands of beavers!"

ROFL

Who ever said "Hey, I wonder what this tastes like?"

ROFL

Exactly. Who was the first person to actually think to themselves "I wonder what beaver .... juice tastes like???" and then sample it??? Nasty!!

Being a vegetarian or vegan doesn't necessarily protect you from consuming those same things. Crops are sprayed with feces and urea as fertilizers, insects and other flying animals - most notably birds - fly over fields of vegetables and excrete their droppings on the plants. The soil itself is composed of microbes and other organisms that live and die there and decompose to nourish the plants, including dead animals. And e-coli contamination seems to happen every year in something - spinach, lettuce, etc. - and gets pulled from the shelves but not before some people end up consuming it.

Point is, everything we consume is derived from something else originally and if you really stop and think about the origins of that spinach salad you can gross yourself out enough to not eat it.

Oh Im not a strict vegetarian, I eat things with meat in them on occasion, I was just making a joke...Im not trying to live forever lol

But no, seriously, the diseased filth in mass produced meat is pretty disgusting...

Before you dismiss things you should really do some research. This was the first Google hit when I searched "Beaver gland flavoring".

Castoreum - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Second hit:
6 Scary Food Ingredients We have Everyday! |Unbelievable Facts|

Third hit:
snopes.com: Castoreum

Edit: In fact, every single hit on Google for that simple search confirms this.

This is why one reads ingredient labels or should. ANd learn what can be used when a ingredient is listed as organic, natural or artificial. Raspberry juice as in the juice you drink is coming from the plants - some beaver is not milked for it but, as one can read castoreum isn't going to be part of what makes up the organic flavoring as opposed to being able to use it in natural or artificial preps.

Then again, it does not have to be true to show up on the internet or in a wiki. You have to research.

The amazing things we ingest daily without even a second-thought. " Natural Flavoring" huh? well.......reminds me of Confectioner's Glaze. Made from various types of food grade shellac.....Ever wondered where shellac comes from?

from this little guy right here. :D
