Hello from a new member! I've read quite a few posts and am already learning a lot that I didn't know.

 I've been using the eGo=C passthrough batteries and I'm happy with them. However, I just bought an eGo-C Twist to compare them. I was under the impression that the Vision clearomizers that I use on the passthrough batteries would also fit the Twist, but they don't. Can someone tell me what clearomizers will fit the Ego-C Twist?

Thanks!

Hello and welcome to the forum dmc5259. Glad to have you here!:)

Any clearomizer/tank that has ego threading or 510 threading will work.

If they fit on your Ego C then they should fit on your Ego Twist.

Both batteries have the same threading if they are true *Egos*.

Sounds to me like you have an 808 or other type of ego type battery like a smokeless image or something, which has different threading than an actual "ego C or Ego Twist".

Where did you buy your passthru so we know what you are using? Or can you post a photo?

Hi, any 510 threaded atomizer and Clearomizer will fit the Ego C twist. FYI= Most ato miners and Clearomizer ARE 510 threaded. Read the specs on the atomizer/Clearomizer before you purchase one and in the specs it will let you know if it has a 510 connection or not. 510 is the most common connector. I'm suprised what fit your old unit won't fit the twist?? Was it a 510 as well? If yes there should not be a reason for it not to fit unless it got bent or stripped somehow. Anyway, just remember a 510 connection is what you have. This should help. Best wishes :) also the 510 threading is on the genuine EGO C twist. That's what I'm going by. If it's a knock off and not genuine it could be 808 thteaded. If that's the case, purchase a 510 adaptor and you will be set.

Thank you all for your replies.

I bought all of my eGo-C passthroughs and Vision clearomizers from an online vape site and never had any trouble with them. I got the Twist from eBay (which could be the problem?) It does say 'eGo-C Twist' on it. Looking straight down into both batteries the circular part of the Twist looks slightly larger, and there is less threading around the outside of the Twist than on the passthroughs. These photos aren't the greatest but maybe you can see the difference. The red one is the Twist. The charger it came with fits just fine.
