I don't know which way to go, but should I get a Heated Magnetic Stirrer or a Heated Ultrasonic Cleaner?
I make juice for friends and the first way I've been doing it was Put it in the bottle, a quick warm water bath and shake the hell out of it.

Then I went and bought a NutraBullet and gave everything a quick blend (I think this way is introducing way too much air into the juice and is muting the flavor)

Now I'm thinking of either a Magnetic Stirrer or a Ultrasonic Cleaner.. Which method is better? Which one is faster? It seems like the Stirrer would be good to blend all the flavors together with the VG/PG, and the UC would be more of a finishing touch, but I could be really wrong.

I've read some older posts here and I've seen some people use both. Is both really necessary?

I use a battery operated milk frother.

I put the beaker with the DIY in a cup of hot water for 5 minutes or so to warm up/thin the VG and froth it 3 times. Letting it clear in between.

The vast majority of my recipes are shake and vape. Even most of my tobacco flavors work that way.

Only the most complex tasting ones need any steeping. Only one needs to breathe.

What do your mixes taste like before all the steeping stuff?

They're all shake and vapes. I dont know if it's me or if it's losing flavor. I noticed store bought juices are really sweet, and leave a nice sweet satisfying feeling and taste in the mouth. Mine are kind of on the mild side, vape is feeling dry and not very sweet. I don't use sweetener, but I put 20 Drops of TFA sweetener to 20ML of one of my juices and it's still nowhere near as sweet as the store stuff and it barely moved the sweetness profile of my juice. I use about 15-18% of flavoring in all my juices, They all smell wonderful, but the taste is lacking.

I was considering a Frother also, but I'm so afraid of air right now. I might have to give it a try because it's not too expensive to experiment with.

Crock pots ,UC, Stirrers, at the most will shave a few days off a natural steep. I use none of these devices.
the latest flavor to date:

Like which flavors? Some flavors are naturally sweet and others lend themselves to particular types of sweetening. Not enough information to help you there.

There's a juice I have which uses 3% Bav Cream 3% Sweet Cream 3%Marshmallow but the sweetness is not even close to a Juice from Glas which is a Frosted Doughtnut. The sweetness of these store bought juices linger in the throat and mouth.

Hmmm, I cannot see where steeping is going to, or has done, anything for you.

Your issue is elsewhere. But you hit a topic many love to share about so I'll let them have at it.

Well I'm just trying to figure out the best and fastest way /(not requiring super expensive machines) to properly mix my VG, PG, Nic and Flavors together correctly. Shaking doesn't seem like it will 100% do the job, Blending I think is introducing too much air to the juice. Looking for something cap on or a little air as possible with a thorough mix. As for the sweetness It's been driving me nuts the past couple of days trying to search and read up on it.

If your into just making personal juices, Youtube DIY magnetic mixer and build one on the cheap with a comp fan. I bought 20mm stirbars and a bunch of beakers off eBay. My mixer is great for mixing up to 200ml bayches

I mix pretty high VG 80-90% would it be okay without heat?

I don't use machines to steep, I just shake and put it on the shelf. But I do my initial bulk mixes at 0mg (no nic). Then I can shake all I want without worrying about the air oxidizing the nic. Mixing in a final nic doesn't need long steeping. Let the flavors steep with the PG/VG without nic (if you worry about that)

Thats what I do. Add nic last. Might need the magnetic stirrer for the last part with the nic so there aren't "hotspots". So its okay to blend it as long as there isn't nic? I just want a a way to evenly and completely distribue the flavors with the vg

I didn't say it wasn't ok to blend it with nic, and shake it all you want. I just suggest that if you worry about that, add the nic last, after the Big Shake.

I've seen much concern about nic hot spots. I've never once read of a case where it actually happened and it's never happened to me, or at least I never had a reason to question it. I do try to let my mixes settle overnight after adding nic, but if I need some juice right away it only gets a modest shake.

An interesting experiment: add some dark flavoring to any combo of PG/VG you want. Just a few drops to 10ml, for example. Now see how quickly it dissipates evenly in the mix. Nic is no different, it isn't mix averse.

That is my personal experience, nothing more or less.

I mix a 60vg/40pg 12mg juices and have no problems with too thick, now thats its cooler outside I do heat up the VG with hot water to loosen it up some but not always. I build my mixes without nic and let them mix a couple hours, rest overnight to let the bubbles subside and mix it again for a hour or so. Let it steep for a couple/few weeks then add the nic and mix more slowly not to add extra air into the mix, sit a few days and vape. I'm a avid tobacco vaper and this is how I handle my tobacco mixing and have had good results especially with my Hangsens and tobacco absolutes
It may take weeks of steeping for flavors to blossom but only a few days for nic to incorporate into a mix.

I mix at 18mg/ml. I just warm mine to thin the vg a little, hit it once but well with a little frother like the one already shown, put it into smaller bottles & cap it after the bubbles die down some. Most of mine are custards or creams, so sit a few days before I try them. That Nutra Bullet is way overkill imo. No need to beat it into submission.

I just mix it all in a bottle and shake it til it gets all bubbly. When the bubbles are gone, I do it again, then let it steep naturally. I'm with @Hoosier on the idea that most flavors don't need much of a steep if any. I have a few persnickety flavors that actually benefit from a month's steep, but most don't change much at all after a week at the most. I've started seed steeping and only have 2 flavors left that aren't shake and vape using this technique.
