I have been vaping for a little over two months now. At first I was Using propylene glycol And vegetable glycerin juices. And I came to discover that my nose started to bleed every single day despite the humidity in the house. After some users had suggested that maybe I might have a propylene glycol Allergy Or low water consumption but thats shenanigans i drink about a gallon of water (almost 4 liters) a day, I stopped to using PG VG mixtures. So I bought pure VG mixtures, and came to realize the same thing started occurring. It does not matter the juice or the flavor or the brand, my nose would constantly bleed all day every day especially when I wake up. After I googled The term "nose bleed vaping" I come to find hundreds of articles regarding the topic of nosebleeds and vaping. Most people would brush off the issue as seasonal allergies however that clearly isn't the case after seeing hundreds of people with the same exact issue. Or like me, in this instance, I was under the conclusion that propylene glycol was the reason for nosebleeds because people had suggested to stop PG mixtures. That clearly wasn't the case as I still bleed. Its a big problem among people who vape. There must be a reasonable explanation and cause for this to happen. I really love vaping it is really enjoyable. But after dealing with these problems, im really frustrated im really really sad. And it sucks! I dont know what to do

I just Bing'd "dogs and walking upright" and got 27.9 million results. Doesn't mean that many dogs forego their front legs and walk only on their hind quarters.

The OP may have an allergy but a gazillion hits on the internet doesn't make something true.

I've had sinus problem most of my adult life (I blame the 80s) but since I began vaping, sinus issues, including the occasional "spotted" tissue, are a thing of the past (unless the air is too dry).

Since I gave up tobacco and started vaping my entire respiratory experience has improved significantly.

YMMV

It really does sound like a hydration issue - just because vaping is KNOWN to suck moisture out of you, and dehydration will cause a nose bleed... Must just hit you worse than most, and right in the schnoz.
Maybe you could give a try to one of those nosedrops that's designed just to replenish moisture - not something medicated, just like a saline or something?
Hope you figure it out!

Since i gave up vaping my entire respiratory system has improved greatly as well. I agree but you can google for anything and get tons of hits, but the search criteria mentioned above is relevant to individuals with the same problem. I would prefer to leave the feigned pun aside and focus on what seems to be a problem with a lot of people.

I drink a lot of water brother. Im fully hydrated, urine is clear and im pissing every 30 - 35 minutes. As far as nose drops, i've blown through 3 bottles of ayr moisturizing nasal saline gel with aloe, im on my 4th bottle. I just dont know what to do. The moisture in the house is at 50% And i keep my hands out of my nose.

Really? It rarely comes up here and when it does it's a typical transient nosebleed - once the person got past the "OMG everything is vaping related!!!" moment of hysteria and reported back in that it came - and then it went.

But one thing that is not vaping related is nasal polyps - that you get from smoking. And once you quit smoking all sorts of weird things can happen to formerly benign conditions. So probably the person to be asking about this - who can stick things up your nose and do a looky-loo would be an MD. Sorry - but we all aren't bleeding out all over the place from vaping and you need to go see a Doctor for an assessment.

Go see the Dr could be that smoking was covering up a condition that is now showing through since you are vaping.

I have been to the ENT regarding this issue already. No nasal polyps, he said everything looks normal. I am scheduled to go back on the 23rd. He too suggested it might be the vaping as well.

According to the Department of Physiology, Department of Obstetrics, College of Medicine,
King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
And the European Review for Medical and Pharmacological Sciences

Vaping may cause:
Reparatory system: Upper respiratory tract irritation, dry cough, dryness of the mucus membrane4, nose bleeding, release of
cytokines and pro-inflammatory mediators, allergic airway inflammation, decreased exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) synthesis
Nervous system: Headache, dizziness, nervousness, insomnia, sleeplessness
GIT: Nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, mouth or tongue sores/inflammation, black tongue, gum bleeding, gingivitis, gastric
burning and constipation
CVS: Palpitation, chest pain
Eye: Irritation, redness and dryness of the eyes and can cause eye damage
Choking hazards: Accidental exposure to high concentrations of e-liquids can cause choking hazards
Malignancy: Change in bronchial gene expression and risk of lung cancer
Miscellaneous: Shortness of breath, shivering etc

Im going to bring it down to 3mg/ml and quit. After all, the reason why i started vaping was to cessate from cigarettes.

Wow dude... Thanks for sharing that incredible info! How do i figure out if a juice contains Diacetyl or any Diketones, if most manufacturers keep ingredients proprietary?

Most don't want to spend the money to test. It is a safe bet if it is a custardy, buttery or creamy flavor it contains diketones. I know Halo doesn't use any and never has...

I guess the only way to test for it is gas chromotography, spectrometry or electron capture. Anyways thanks for the help brother. Im telling you im on my last leg here before i give in and buy a pack of smokes, or start dipping again. I might have to grab some of this Halo you speak of. Is it called Halo Purity?

Do you know of any other cheaper solutions? Im trying to cut my costs a bit here. Spending about 88 dollars per month on juice is a little rough on the pockets.

The only other company I trust not to use such ingredients is ProVape-

E Cigarette Premium Liquid: E-Cig Refill & E-juice

There's also the Vaper's Knoll, which is a member of AEMSA-

https://www.vapersknoll.com/#

Their line of non cloud chasing e-liquids are inexpensive-

$12 for 34 ml, and they do have a custard flavor.

I found one, they are BBB accredited A+ business and AEMSA (American E-Liquid Manufacturing Standars Association) certified!
Prices $14 / 50ml
They seem to have a great selection too. check them out.
