No Response From Liberty Flights When There Is A Problem

I have purchased a few things from Liberty Flights and they were always prompt and accurate.

Recently, though, I purchased an ego battery that only recharged twice before it quit working. I called Liberty Flights and left a message giving my phone number and email address. Two days later, I emailed them (since I'd not heard back from them) again asking if they would talk to me about replacing the battery. No response. One day later, I emailed them again scolding them for their poor customer service, and they still have not responded. I can only assume that they are only concerned with getting product out the door, and not to customer problems.

Good customer support is so important to me when I am order things over the internet. Liberty Flights has the worst customer service I've experienced, hands down, and I will never order from them again.
