I love the Aromamizer since coming up with a good build for it (quad verticals).

roxynoodle!
yes I looked at that . how is the ramp up time ? will build myne with single coil first and than try duels.
on the squape ...is the one top sealing the top edge of the glass ? then I don't see how there is any upward pressure to seal it .
the bottom seems to be on the outside of the glass .
once I know where they have to be I can think of building a jig for it .maybe a tube of fiberglass over a dowel to hold the o rings in place while shoving it in . or get mad and use aquarium silicone !!
just finishing up my 20 th mod duel 18650 with magnetic switch .
are we having fun jet ?
My guess, Bloke, is your Rose coil was touching the airtube. And using cotton instead of rayon does choke off the airflow on the Rose. For best airflow, a vertical coil really opens it up. I find the draw medium tight. I definitely have tighter attys like the Ataman II and Erlkonigin.
That's great to hear, @Frenchfry1942 , thanks!
I've just ordered mine in silver/red, and the five-deck Ivogo as well, from 3FVape. So hopefully I'll have it in a week or so.
Regarding Rose clones, I bought one from FastTech and did not get on with it at all. I thought I'd like the coil attachment method (legs through a hole in the deck, then screwed down from the sides) but I kept getting hard shorts, and I found it very fiddly to achieve. Also, I did not understand why there were two wicking holes in the deck/cup, requiring a bizarre wick arrangement. And then I found the vape tighter than a tight thing in spandex. I'm not one who cloud chases and I'm used to turning my attys right down on airflow, but this draw was too tight even for me.
Some of the problems I had - particular the shorts - are quite likely down to my particular clone, and there might be better ones out there, so I'd be interested to hear how yours goes.
Oh, @Frenchfry1942 , what did you mean by 'chincy' screws? I take it you were saying the screws are good, which I'm very glad to hear because poor quality screws is my number one complaint with atty clones. But what is chincy exactly, which the SXK screws are not?
EDIT: Oh, I should have just googled. It means cheap! So they're not cheap crappy screws - great to hear![]()
Yeah that sounds likely - is there any way to prevent it touching the air tube, or is it a risk in certain clones? I just put the legs through the holes and tightened the screws. The couple of times I tried it, I found that loosening and re-tightening the screws would get it working on the second or third attempt.
I was using Rayon, but maybe too much. And yeah I can see a vertical working a lot better. I might give it another go sometime. Thanks!
Any thoughts on the SXK clone?
I have the one with wide deck and extra black cover. My order for the 5 deck set have not arrived. No shocks and seems to hold the resistance very well. Switch my authentic decks over and it fits. The aluminium cover also fit both my authentic R & Rs base. So far no leaking. I dare say this are the best clones so far. In fact I have place order for all the other coloured cover yesterday. Can't wait to try the bottom deck. The bottom deck on my authentic RS is the best Vape that I have ever had. Somehow on the clones it taste a bit off but still very acceptable. If the 316 set works as well, my KF & Taifun will be joining my protanks on my display shelf.
