I love the Aromamizer since coming up with a good build for it (quad verticals).
roxynoodle!
yes I looked at that . how is the ramp up time ? will build myne with single coil first and than try duels.
on the squape ...is the one top sealing the top edge of the glass ? then I don't see how there is any upward pressure to seal it .
the bottom seems to be on the outside of the glass .
once I know where they have to be I can think of building a jig for it .maybe a tube of fiberglass over a dowel to hold the o rings in place while shoving it in . or get mad and use aquarium silicone !!
just finishing up my 20 th mod duel 18650 with magnetic switch .
are we having fun jet ?

The ramp up time is almost immediate. I used 27g wire and others used 28g. Thick wire and 4 coils would have very low resistance so I wouldn't go with too thick on that build.

The only SqR I still have here is Chuckie. It has a plastic tank, not glass. The o rings are near the top and bottom edges, but the tank does overlap both o rings.

Well, my SXK Squape RS RTAs came in. I got a silver and a black one. Both have the "W" build deck only and that is fine for me. Everything seems smooth and well fitting. Screws are not chincy.

Good, easy build using the coil master bar to hold it in place.

I have been getting 5ml samplers and using Magma RDAs, but am thinking to add these if I like the juice enough to vape the whole 5ml.

I have two Rose clones coming. Takes awhile to wade through all the research, but I think they are better quality, too.

That's great to hear, @Frenchfry1942 , thanks!

I've just ordered mine in silver/red, and the five-deck Ivogo as well, from 3FVape. So hopefully I'll have it in a week or so.

Regarding Rose clones, I bought one from FastTech and did not get on with it at all. I thought I'd like the coil attachment method (legs through a hole in the deck, then screwed down from the sides) but I kept getting hard shorts, and I found it very fiddly to achieve. Also, I did not understand why there were two wicking holes in the deck/cup, requiring a bizarre wick arrangement. And then I found the vape tighter than a tight thing in spandex. I'm not one who cloud chases and I'm used to turning my attys right down on airflow, but this draw was too tight even for me.

Some of the problems I had - particular the shorts - are quite likely down to my particular clone, and there might be better ones out there, so I'd be interested to hear how yours goes.

Oh, @Frenchfry1942 , what did you mean by 'chincy' screws? I take it you were saying the screws are good, which I'm very glad to hear because poor quality screws is my number one complaint with atty clones. But what is chincy exactly, which the SXK screws are not?

EDIT: Oh, I should have just googled. It means cheap! So they're not cheap crappy screws - great to hear :)

Dear all , a good day to everyone and i hope that my message finds everyone happy , healthy and vaping :)

Have been through all the 11 pages of info regarding the squape rs and thank everyone for their inputs .

I was one of the first to get the original squape when it was launched ( sat like a sniper and bagged one ) then got another , but eventually let them both go and went back to my kayfun 3.1 and my k lite .

seeing and wanting a good dual coil setup Rta i came across the smaller squape today ( Sr ) and saw the new B and D decks .

saw the price of the original and then started hunting for a clone , the sxk one at 3f seems to be the choice of the majority !! would that be correct !! .
i do have a few more question and would appreciate your input please .

would the following decks fit ( has anyone tried them !! ) with the sxk one for $29 , like the one "The bloke " ordered !!

also anyone face any leaking or shorting with the decks !!

so to sum it up

1) is sxk the best choice for the clone .
2) would the decks ( link below ) fit the sxk one thats for $29 ( second link )
3) anyone experience leaking or shorting of the deck
4) any other major problem where one should just stick to the original :p

thanking you in advance for your valuable inputs .
best wishes and warm regards
Sahil .

sxk i want to buy :
( SXK SQRS Reloaded Squape RS RTA Atomizer with Black Sleeve )

would these two decks below fit with the sxk above !!

1)
Grey Aluminum Type B Replacement Deck for SQuape Rs RTA Atomizer

2) Grey Aluminum Type D Replacement Deck for SQuape Rs RTA Atomizer

My guess, Bloke, is your Rose coil was touching the airtube. And using cotton instead of rayon does choke off the airflow on the Rose. For best airflow, a vertical coil really opens it up. I find the draw medium tight. I definitely have tighter attys like the Ataman II and Erlkonigin.

Yeah that sounds likely - is there any way to prevent it touching the air tube, or is it a risk in certain clones? I just put the legs through the holes and tightened the screws. The couple of times I tried it, I found that loosening and re-tightening the screws would get it working on the second or third attempt.

I was using Rayon, but maybe too much. And yeah I can see a vertical working a lot better. I might give it another go sometime. Thanks!

@sahilm I was assuming that they would fit, as a) the SXK is meant to be a 1:1 clone so it should (theoretically) fit decks designed for the original b) 3F sells those decks along with the SXK and Ivogo clones, so I figured they would (hopefully) try to ensure that the decks they sell fit the clones they sell.

I hope to receive my SXK and the B and D decks in one week's time (assuming 3FVape dispatch no later than Monday), so I can let you know then.

If don't want to wait for me to get mine, you could just order the Ivogo which comes with all 5 decks, and is only $3 more ($32 for all decks.) We know that is good quality from @nelsonm64 's experience.

Oh and @sahilm as to your question as to whether the SXK is the best one - we don't know. @nelsonm64 says the Ivogo is great, @Frenchfry1942 says the SXK is great.

Probably they are both great and 1:1 clones of the original, or very close to it.

I have ordered both so I will do a side by side comparison when I get both. But in the meantime I expect you are fine buying either.

The Rose V2 seems to be on a very slow boat. I went through 3FVape, but they still ship out of China. Tracking says they arrived in SF yesterday so I am thinking Tuesday evening to my P.O. Box.

No, on the SXK SQRS, I noticed that the screws seemed better than average. FT has some quality stuff, but the research here and the reviews/questions help. It just takes time. Because of that, I tend to be 3-6 months behind the initial release. But, my money is better spent.

Sorry about the "chincy". Not sure where the word originated. To me it means that the item is not well made for its intended purpose.

Its hard to tell from looking if its touching the airtube. But, if you're getting a short, try lifting it a little.

I have the one with wide deck and extra black cover. My order for the 5 deck set have not arrived. No shocks and seems to hold the resistance very well. Switch my authentic decks over and it fits. The aluminium cover also fit both my authentic R & Rs base. So far no leaking. I dare say this are the best clones so far. In fact I have place order for all the other coloured cover yesterday. Can't wait to try the bottom deck. The bottom deck on my authentic RS is the best Vape that I have ever had. Somehow on the clones it taste a bit off but still very acceptable. If the 316 set works as well, my KF & Taifun will be joining my protanks on my display shelf.

Great to hear!

You said "if the 316 set works as well", by that do you mean stainless steel 316 and are you referring to the 5 deck set? Because I think the SXK (the one you have now, with W deck and extra cover) is also 316 Stainless Steel? They both are I think - at least that's what 3FVape says about them, and as SXK said theirs is a 1:1 clone it should be SS316.

I'm probably jinxing it, but my 3FVape delivery is currently on track to be my new personal best in Chinese delivery times.

Marked shipped by 3F on Monday, become active on the tracking almost immediately having been picked up by EMS also on Monday, then flew out of China for the UK on Tuesday. It should have landed in the UK sometime in the last couple of hours.

If it doesn't get held up in customs it should arrive on Friday!
