New eGo-C Twist charging issue

I have 2 of these.

One of them charges just fine.

The new battery will flash once plugged in but the charging light is red and green. Both lights on, not flashing.

The battery light does not light up once pushed in, will only blink 5 times when initially plugged into charger.

I tried resetting it by clickin 5 times or holding for 5 seconds but button does not light by hand at all.

Wierd...

Any advice for a newbie?
