This is my experience with the Crown7 Hydro.

In the first couple days, the vapor hit was pretty lame, but it got better. However, my atomizer died and it was replaced (for free) with a new one.

The batteries, for which I have 3, all went flaky really, really fast. 2 of them now give me about 1-2 hours of vaping before I have to recharge. 1 of them starts to bake my atomizer, and then blinks 3 times to say thanks for letting me bake your atomizer. Then, it refuses to supply power for even a single draw.

Today, my remaining good atomizer died on me. It had clogged up, so I cleaned it with distilled water, which seems to be an acceptable way to clean these things. But it refuses to produce vapor at all now.

I'm done with Crown7. I'm sure their customer support is decent, but the product itself is crap. I believe the model is a KR208, so I'd avoid this model altogether.

Today, I ordered an M402 (the short mini) from absolutely ecigs. I have no idea what to expect, but I sure hope this one turns out better. I've got a whole lot of juice left unvaped right now.

i too ordered from crown7, though i got the cigar model.

according to their website the tube was sleek, and black...but when i opened my package there was a woodgrain styled cigar inside. at first it seemed like the atomizer was clogging. it would pull the wick out of the cart more often than not.

so i sent them an email stating i was unhappy that not only was it a different looking product than i had ordered (i liked the black style better), but it was also having issues. their response was that they dont carry the black tubes anymore and this was their new stock. thats all fine and dandy, just update your website.

well, they had 2 black tubes left and sent me both, without me having to return the original forcing me to go back to cigarettes first. for that they get some really good street cred from me. at least for sending 2. little did i know they would pretty much fall apart as soon as i took them out of the package.

so...im still using the one that was originally sent, it seems to be functioning properly and i believe the problem was actually the cartridges and not the cigar. they are still sending another replacement to replace the other 2 replacements..and a free bottle of liquid to boot.

as for the device itself...my original one seems to be working, so good change for them ditching the older black tubes. as for crown7's customer service...they go above and beyond.

this is my first post here, i wish i wouldve found these forums before i made my first e-smoke purchase, but there is a wealth of knowledge here that will be useful from now on.

yea i hear ya. i wish i wouldve done a little more research than i had before i ordered. i must say though...this cigar model seems to be doing the job. the deeper i look into the issue, the more the cartridges seem to be the problem.

looking for a good place to order smoke juice from here in the states. i was going to order from Johnson Creek until i found these forums, now im a bit skeptical...
