The Magma seems like it is the "Bentley" of rda`s and I like it, but over 100$ is a bit steep to me to pay for testing it out...., is there a clone? The well is deep and 2ml`s(your rewiew) and an hour of vaping is great for rda:thumbs:
I`m testing single coil right now in my DR and I think I get more taste, but maybe I should try higher ohm, use a .2 clapton...?
You could try these folks:

I checked them out on. YouTube.
I also read a post here on ECF and it seems like there is a lot of cons with them, but ofc there are prob lots of different opinions..

I prefer velocity style decks to post-less decks, but... RDAs are usually pretty easy to build on in either case, so if an RDA is otherwise something I like a lot I’ll accept a post (or lack thereof) style that isn’t exactly what I want. I have a hadaly clone and I don’t particularly like its clamp system, but I really like how it vapes, so I’m willing to put up with a little bit of annoyance when I change coils. I DIY juice that is generally pretty easy on coils, so I don’t have to change coils all that frequently.

The main issue I have with post-less decks is that it takes a bit of trial and error to learn just how much to clip the legs to get optimal positioning relative to the air-flow. The other is that with some designs it has taken me some effort to get the coil properly seated so that it doesn’t pop out of the holes when I adjust its positioning. This is probably at least partially because I have neither very good close-up eyesight nor particularly good small motor co-ordination.

But even with those deficits I have yet to find an RDA I can’t build on, so... while I have preferences in deck style they are not the determining factor in which RDAs I like the most.

I’ll also say that if re-dripping is a concern for you, it’s probably worth at least trying out squonking. I find myself using my squonk mods almost exclusively when I’m out and about, and don’t want to be constantly re-dripping.

Squonking isn’t for everyone though. Its main disadvantage is that the bottle generally takes up as much space as a battery would. This is OK for me, as, while I am not exactly a tootle-puffer, I generally do not need to go above 50 watts or so. So a single-battery mod is fine for me. But if you need three batteries to support your vaping style you’re going to wind up with a huge mod (which you’ll likely have to have custom-made, as I don’t think there are a lot of mass-produced three battery squonk mods.)

Another tip I have about RDAs is that how you wick has a lot to do with how much juice your RDA can hold. I use a somewhat idiosyncratic variation on the Scottish roll that allows me to pack a _lot_ of cotton into even a small RDA and still get a good draw. This makes me less reliant on a deep well, because my wicks can hold a lot of juice themselves. And it really minimizes flooding/leaking issues. But it took me quite a lot of practice to figure out how to maximize the amount of cotton while still getting good air-flow.

My AVG virusprogram blocks this link and site....?
Sorry to hear that. I ran a scam adviser check on this and it received: "High Trust Rating. This Site Looks Safe To Use." But that does not mean much. Better to be safe.

I like the black Magma and it get`s good creds for flavor. The only thing is it seem like the con is the air-flow and to have opportunity to have much air-flow is important to me.

But hey, the Magma clone is cheap and looks great, so maybe for my growing "collection". I only have 2 RDA`s, one Tank and Three mods + some old AIO`s, but it`s a start...

If anything, I feel the Magma air flow is more than adequate. I like a mid to tight MTL draw ( I plug the hole on side of free/no coil [I use one/single coil] bottom air hole and use the largest hole, under my coil, open to a quarter moon. By quarter moon, I mean I use partial or restrict the larger hole area for a tighter draw.
If you do a DL doub. coil, I would guess you would be fine.
I find the Magma is average in most categories, excluding taste, where IMHO Magma taste is close to or even number one. I have 3 Magma's and three others that are equal or close to flavor. Each of my other RDA's have one feature that beats the Magma, but the Magma on balance, (compared to the other features) beats them all.
RDA's are cheaper than mods (I have two).
