Your actual voltage will change depending on battery charge. Fully charged the istick 20 batter puts out 4.2 volts. It does not have voltage step-down capabilities. So regardless of your 7.5 watt setting, with a 1.7ohm coil reading and a fully charged battery it's going to fire at 4.2 volts which equals 11 watts. The battery will have to discharge down to about 3.5 volts before the mod starts regulating the wattage at 7.5 watts.
