All i feel is that its here to stay and the variety will be there for the different vaping styles. Kind of like cars. So many different types. Its just so wrong to allow analogs and then turn around and ban e cigs its incomprehensible and will have to change where they do that already. In due time

The problem is getting from here to your vision of the future. Depending on what the FDA does we could see effectively an off switch thrown until this is all battled out in court which could take a very long time.

And that is why I don't feel particularly paraniod about buying a big bottle of nic juice and learning to DIY. I also don't feel paraniod about picking up an octopus and an aga-t2 and keeping the dead heads from my CE5s and protank. If I can recoil and rewick myself that is one more thing that can't be cutoff. I have also printed off the directions to make a puck mod. If all my batteries die and I can't get replacements well the puck mod will still work.

If I never need all this stuff terrific. I got a stockpile to enjoy. If I do need it then I can not panic when store shelves empty from other peoples panics. I have been through enough pre hurricane buying to know what to expect ;)

Just curious. how will e-cig developed in the near future.
Will eGo still hot or new revolution in new future.
at the beginning of this industriy, no boby cares about the hardware.
if there is vapor, then vapers accept it.
510 series is a revolution.
later comes eGo.then rules changed.
different atomizers/different clearomizers comes.
then CE4 lead all market worldwide.

now, batteries got VV VW funstion/ clearomizer got changeable system and big content.

How will the next revolution of this industry?
Who knows.

With all due respect in googling your username, which screamed website to me, it looks like you are working on setting up a website to sell ecig products. So, maybe you have an insiders look at the future that we are not privy to. Or maybe just fishing for R and D or marketing ideas? I mean you now have tons of answers to your seemingly innocent question but you yourself have not responded again. What's up with that? I'm not very trusting of one post wonders, I guess.

chatting on ECF helps a lot. it is so important to start having these conversations now, before they end up in court. this is where it is going to end up people. as membership grows, and more people are educated about these issues. that leads to common sense legislation, not leaving the fight overreaching right wing whackos . the worst nightmare in the anti tobacco lobby is an informed, invested group of people. everyone needs to take those medical surveys. inform nonsmokers, smokers, family, friends, strangers, co workers, legislators, and anyone else we can totally piss off about these issues. yes spread the gospel. millions of lives depend on it. including our own. these forums provide the base of operations for all of this to happen. so keep talking, taking surveys, sign up for medical studies. and hey. i saw you looking at that cig:mad:. NO SMOKING IN HERE:toast:

According to the experts who supprt our right to vape and testify at legislative hearings, from a political standpoint, it's those on the liberal side of the equation who are strongly against vaping and want it banned and/or severely restricted. And it doesn't take a political expert to know that the attack on vaping began in 2009 with the new administrations appointments at the FDA. In fact, back in '09, a conservative Congressman from I believe either Virginia or Ohio sent the President a PV kit as a gift (as he was again trying to stop smoking) and recieved no reply. I don't remember the name of the Congressman but remember the story. I know that Bill Godshaw has stated that if we can keep restrictions away until there is a new administration, we may be in better shape.

Very perceptive. I really don't like that type of BS. But on the bright side, we turned this into a helpful disscusion on a serious issue. So it had little help to the OP who never responded to any post.

The sad thing wv2win ....I think they believe they are doing the proper thing...to protect the public from more smoking-like-stuff. It's sad really. Overly nanny state...and I'm a slightly left-leaning centrist/independent. No so on this issue....the right side for me.

I do think that even the liberals will come around on this issue though. It's in their best interest with the whole National Health Care stuff...they need an alternative to smoking. I just can't fathom what's up the FDA's craw. Particularly since they have the resources to do continual random small sample testing and try to avoid bias....just in the public interest...without getting into "who regulates what" issues in the courts.

I do not see the problem. It may have been better to been up front about it. But my posts would have been the same. And these fourms would be a good resource.

The trouble is, BT, or the FDA does not give one iota whar we chat about. Action with legislation ,or preventing it is what greases the wheel.

I consider myself a moderate on domestic issues and more conservative on foreign policy. Being a moderate is a dying breed, unfortunately. But on this issue, it is abundently clear that the liberal side of the house is not our friend and the other side supports our right to vape to a far greater degree. Probably more from a purely business standpoint but that doesn't matter to me. The current administration is quite machiavellian in their approach to many issues and this is one of them, unfortunately.

Sure, Libs like me may not be as vape friendly as I'd like, but I doubt could call big pharma and BT "Liberal." That's where the greatest threat to vaping comes from - economic interests. So, politically speaking, both sides are equally culpable.

Living in Utah (the most Republican state in the nation), which was the first state in the nation to pass restrictive e-cig legislation, I would tend to dissagree with that statement WV.

The current party composition of the Utah Senate is:
    Repuplican Party
    24
    Democratic Party
    5

The current party composition of the Utah House is:
    Republican Party
    61
    Democratic Party

Yea, I tend to agree, the anti-tobacco nazis come from both sides of the aisle and they'd love to outlaw tobacco in all its forms. What e-cig laws does Utah have?
