The one kit from uk e cig store

Hi new member here , first post .
I have just purchased the one kit from e cig store uk for 20 quid . And wanted to see if anybody else has tried this starter kit ? I have only just started to use e cigs I've already got some that look like real fags but they were very cheap of some website although they are really working for me and haven't smoked analogs in 3 days I wanted something with a better drag and also the Ability to try different e liquids .
Others questions I have .

how often should I change the battery ?
how often should I change the clearomizers ?
Could any one suggest a good e liquid prefably from uk e cig store ?

The starter kit looks quite decent, and I see you get the big 1100mAh batteries with it. As a general rule one mAh of battery will last an hour so if you get 8-14hrs from yours then they're ok. After a while they'll need charged more often, that's when you buy new ones ie when it annoys you.

Change the clearo when it starts to taste funny or stops giving good vapour.

Flavour is a personal thing, I find my taste buds change daily, sometimes more. I usually go between a tobacco flavour and a sweet one. Other people love berry flavours or mint/menthol. Strangely I hated menthol cigs but can happily vape a nice sweet mint all day. Things like vanilla custard are very very popular, but I guess you'll either love it or hate it. Sorry I haven't tried any of ukecig's juice.
