And thus David and his entire house were enslaved. (Witness all the toys, scratchy posts et al.) And now he knows the worst of it - that one feels ridiculously honored to thus be so!o_O
You have to admire an animal just one speeding wheel away from being flattened on a road who can, instead, take over a house and make everyone around him feel guilty for not doing enough for him. Truth be known, it is we mere humans who are the pets.

I’m relieved to know Mrs CMD has been authorized to intervene should the signs appear!

One possible factor: In your career training, you’ve had to cultivate and rely on your reading comprehension. In my work and the General’s work, we have needed to cultivate and rely on our visual perceptions.

Maybe that's the problem.. I've only ever had commercial mustard. I'll look up the brand you mentioned. My fam will use it if I don't. (ETA: Walmart has it, put it on my order:))
If you own a stick blender, fresh mayo is easy. I've never had it fail. Let me know if you do and I'll PM you the recipe I use.
David the magnets are beautiful. How do you attach the knob to the magnet?

I just looked at my bottle and I have their Original Stoneground. But I’m gonna try that Sweet & Hot next. They also have a Ghost Pepper variety! Yikes!

If I ever get a stick blender and want to try mayo, I’ll let you know. Thanks!

If you have a whisk and a glass bowl , then you got mayo . It's not hard , always made my own in restaurants , don't like the sugar in the commercial brands . Aioli is just a hop , skip and a jump away from mayo too .

This is where you have to add the oil slowly and whisk til your arm wants to fall off, correct? My way is lazy but it works.
I'm with you tho, mayo should NOT be sweet. I refuse to order a sandwich or burger in so many restaurants because they don't offer real mayo.

For the amount you'd make at home it's easy with a whisk , a blender or mixer is faster but not necessary . So many directions you can go in depending on the acid or oil you use , any type of vinegar , citrus or prepared mustard works . Pomace olive oil is a good choice as well .

Do kids know how to write these days? Serious question.

According to this article on Edutopia, handwriting instruction isn’t taught to most teachers. They are not encouraged at all to give instruction in it. The article also talks about research indicating it is good for our brains to write manually. In Common Core standards, handwriting instruction was to be given in K-1 only, keyboard instruction after that.

How do they write SOS in the sand if they get deserted on an island?
