Well, two weeks since the contest has ended, and not even shipped.. but that's ok, I can wait, but I'd like to hear the reason for such delay.
That's exactly how I feel... I don't like mysteries. Doesn't matter how long it takes, just let me know if I did everything correct.

Hi there every winner, we are sorry for all the inconvenience and delay for the prizes, due to the inventory replenishment. My colleague has emailed you all about the shipping status with the contest@innokin.com. I should have contacted you here on ECF again. However, we already shipped out your package now and hopefully we will give you the tracking number in a day or two. Please accept my apologies, we will contact each of you and follow up the prize shipping again till you guys get the winnings. For any other questions about this, please feel free to email contest@innokin.com or DM me~ Thank you very much for the patience and understanding.
Please stay safe and take care!

@Innokin_timmy , thank you! BTW, my first little mod was an Innokin EZ-Watt (still use it)
I filled out all the info to claim my prize but got stuck on the last step (pay $3) I don't know how to do this.
Hi, if you have any questions please feel free to email contest@innokin.com I believe our team will help you answer the questions.

All is well. Just got my Kroma-Z (haven't had a chance to check it out but already like it) Be patient... it's most likely on the way.
@Innokin_timmy , thank you (and thank you Innokin) I will post my opinion on this device soon.

Hello my friend, you are welcome. I am glad that you receive your package. Hope you can enjoy your device. Once again, I am sorry for the delay.

@Innokin_timmy - My Kroma-Z prize win was delivered several days ago. I received very prompt communication from you, and also back and forth email correspondence via the contest@innokin.com email addy. Innokin has definitely provided many members with high quality products...for only a tiny $3 fee via PayPal. Whatever time it takes to receive a contest prize is understandable and definitely fine, to me. I really appreciate all you do to run the contests, contact the winners, answer questions here on ECF, etc. I'm sure many others feel the same way, too. :)

So you were in a hurry to get it but haven't tried it yet? When I win or buy something I can't get it open fast enough normally unless I just have something else keeping me so busy I don't have time to try it.

By the way, @Innokin_timmy , I very much like the Kroma Z I purchased and have since ordered a second one. Another great device from Innokin!

Just want to say I love my new Kroma-Z... really (not just being nice because I won it in the contest) This thing is amazing. Pros: good battery capacity, very ergonomic feel (I do thumb fire) fire bar, good pod (tank) capacity, replaceable coils (Zcoils), rubberized finish, "leather" insert, lightweight, strong magnet on pod connection, airflow adjustment on mod, type C USB, and more. Did I mention the outstanding flavor with 0.8 ohm coil (haven't tried the other yet but do like restricted DL so looking forward to that) Cons: well maybe I could nit-pic but so far none ;)

I didn’t assume anything. You came here complaining that you didn’t get it. I was just surprised you didn’t try it yet.
Once again (and I'm not trying to make an issue) I only complained that I didn't get confirmation that my claim form was accepted. No offense, but it seems lately some people here on ECF have become very critical and yes, if you read my post, I did try it (some of us are very busy... including working and helping family members) I spent my day ripping through a "hedgerow" of bushes 4 by 5 by 30 feet long with a chainsaw ;)

My original post, if you go back and read it said that I was surprised you hadn’t tried it and said how I am when I get something new. I don’t feel like I was being critical. Is being surprised critical? Is stating my personal behavior being critical? You say no offense, and I didn’t intend to be offensive but usually when someone has to say no offense then they are being defensive. That was not my intention. Just my 2 cents.
