Garbage Smok Alien

New here. My new Smok Alien broke within about two weeks of gentle use. Purchased the Cloud Beast tank with it. The tank became stuck on the mod, just freely spinning, and not able to remove the tank. Took it to local vape shop, and the owner told me he had multiple people coming in with the same setup and similar issues. Seemed the 510 connector broke lose the mod. Anybody else have this issue as well?

Probably a defect, would try to return.

Madvape is the "official" warranty vendor in the U.S., all warranty issues go through them. Would be surprised if a B&M completes the warranty.

All depends on the shop. some are good about customer support on recent purchases, others are not. You'll never know unless you ask them.

I don't like the long wait for my order to arrive from fastech, BUT they do stand behind what they sell...
Years ago they sent me a bad Eleaf iStick 50. Contacted them through email, and they told me where to ship it to in Miami. ( I Paid this Shipping Charge )
After it was received in Miami and examined to be broken, ( Working Intermittently ) A new one was shipped back to me.
The fact that the process took 6-7 weeks sucked, but it was resolved.
And to note: This was 1 of 4 iStick 50's I purchased from them. ( Gave 2 away , 1 broke from my rough handling, and one is at my fingertips at this moment ( Still works fine. ) Though not my favorite any more.
Hope all goes well with the Smok Alien I'm waiting on from them.
