All's well that ends well here, too -- called and talked to someone on the phone. The problem was that I didn't specify "what size bottle" I wanted of the juice I was ordering. Well, that was a little confusing, because basically I had hit "Reorder" from the last time I ordered those flavors, and there wasn't any notice saying I needed to specify the bottle size ... apparently if a customer uses "Reorder" they need to specify. Once I did that, the order sailed on through like clockwork.
I could swear I've used "Reorder" in the past and didn't have to say what bottle size, they just sent same bottle size I had ordered the last time, but oh well ....
So it wasn't about address discrepancies at all. Whew!
