On their facebook site it says that all orders during the sale should be shipped by Friday 10/21. Also when I placed my order they stated on the website that it would be 10-14 days cause of the massive sale. For me they have the best juice so its worth the wait.

Same thing for me. Ordered 60ml on 10/13 and status still shows 'in production.' No response to a couple of emails (today's date 10/25).
Mini Rant:
So yes - mixed to order, each one is made with love and is special. Having a sale, so expect it to take a while.. uhm.. ok. So, because people get a deal, they should wait and be happy. Or does it always take 'a while?'
The thing is - If I'm in business, and I decide to have a big sale. I do this because I either want to bring back some previous customers or draw in new ones - yes? (Or get rid of aging inventory and maybe a few other possibilities.) Bottom line though, I need the business (period.)
So I ask myself - what do I need to do to ensure that customers (new/existing/returning) have a positive enough of an experience that they want to do business with me again and again? Well - make good juice for one - communicate with your customers - and be efficient.
Side Note:
The phrase "In Production" - it is juice, we're not building a car here. If it isn't actually being poured - it isn't 'in production.' It is in a queue or pending.
Meanwhile - stuck vaping 'plan b' juice

Ordered 10/9, posted this 10/20, received the shipping email 10/20, received the product on 10/22.
Now I had trouble with the whole "in production" thing to but don't go by that at all you'll just worry yourself to death. And like I said before I sympathize with the sale wait times but they should let you know before hand on there website. Now for the e liquid itself I ordered:
Dr.Pepper : this was a awful flavor I don't even want it near me and I love Dr.Pepper
Banana Foster : This is a awesome all day vape more banana then foster lol but really good VAPING NOW
Blueberry Muffin: what can I say thats exactly what it is without the actual muffin. Really good
100% Rasberry: I didn't like this at all weird taste but the wife likes it
Orange Cremesicle : Haven't tried it yet but smells just like it
So there are hits and misses in there juice as like most companies. Still hated the wait but price wise I guess I can say I'm satisfied but they can have the Dr.Pepper back damn! Will I order from them again ehhhhhhhhhh I guess I will as long as I have juice left before I order.
