I am a GUY from L.A. not girl. lol
All I can say is WOW. I started w/ a fine, natural pipe tobacco bought at a "real" smoke shop where all the pipe tobaccos are hand made. It's a very mild aromatic(slightly cherry) tobacco. I soaked it warm water for a couple days, while trying to figure out how to filter it. Then I looked over at my coffe press, imediately cleaned it and went to pressing. I mixed the extract @3 parts VG to 1 part extraction. Effing wonderfull flavor! A bit mild, but that is mostly due to the fact that my french press is huge, and could not press the 1oz of tobacco fully. I am going to get a smaller press for just this purpose. I recomend all who like tobacco flavors try this method.

BTW, I think I used too much water. The taste is a little weak, but may get better in a couple days, I only mixed it w/ VG about the time that I posted. Of course, it could just be that I wasn't able to fully press the tobacco because the press is too big. I might try two oz of tobacco and 8oz of water next time, should turn out better. All in all, $4 for an ounce of tobacco+$3 for 6oz of VG. Not too shabby. Also, I am deffinately feeling a relief like I haven't gotten from e-juice before, even at a weak mixture point. Must be the MAOIs or "other" stuffs in the tobacco.

FWIW although you are not smoking it, some of the harmful chemicals contained in tobacco, will be present in the xtract, and yes they fix the craving. Depending on what direction you are taking with vaping (alternate lifestyle or trying to quit) if the latter, the longer you ingest any of the harmful chemicals, the cravings will still be there. MAOIs can persist up to 12 weeks after last ingestion.

If it makes you feel any better a good friend of mine hasn't somke in 25 years, and he still gets the odd trigger. Not as ferocious as in the beginning, but he still gets them.

I have been smoke free for 6 months, and the triggers are getting milder and milder. On a really bad day, I vape dark vapure at 30mg at 5V and 2-3 hits sends that demon packing.

FlavourArt tobacco flavours mixed at concentrations of 8-13% will get you there. Start at 6% and work up. Below 6% they are not there and just simply turn folks off. Desert Ship is an acquired taste and therefore not recommended. Virginia, Cuban Supreme and DarkVapure are my favs. Shade ressembles RY4. I only just received the latter and I need to tweak it a bit.

I agree w/ you, however, this is not "big tobacco" pipe tobacco. It is hand blended, natural tobacco. I would never even consider doing this w/ cigarette tobacco. While it may be "slightly" more harmfull than vaping artifical tobacco flavors, there is no tar/CO to worry about. That is the big advantage.
