I bought the "T" system based on emails directly from TW! My first 510 system was through them, and they had an exclusive on MEGA batt's (Way back when!).. I had many purchases from them, and product and CS was always first rate. WOW, was I disappointed when I fired up my "T" system!

What was really frustrating, is TW tried to play dumb that there were "ANY" known issues w/ wicking! That's when I returned here, after a year's absence, and found out the "Naked Truth"!!!

Just goes to show, no matter what your experience w/ a vendor, always do the research..

I took a chance on the "Ego C", but with TW dumping price on the "T" systems, and already hinting to the release of the "C", that kind of told me the writing on the wall....

I don't think any kit is going to be 100% maintenance free, it's just not the nature of the beast. But, I'm now 35 tanks in on the same Atty, and probably 40ml of juice, and still no complaints. At $5.00 an Atty, even if I only got 2 weeks out of any Atty, I would be pleased.. Just my $.02 :)

That's what annoyed me a bit about some of the vendors. A few months after they were out and people had leak issues, they 'sold' different caps to help with the leak issues. Hello! You sold me this thing that leaked. The least you could do is give me the cap. That whole thing bugged me.

I switched from the hard caps to the soft replacement caps right away, still no good for me...
The whole idea for me of using a tank system, is so I don't have to "FIDGET" with components!
If I want to fidget, I'll just DD...

I had been vaping coffee/bakery style flaves on my "C" through the week. I'm kinda stuck on Ms. T's Bananas Fosters Coffee (3 yrs now, and still love it!).. But when I go out for drinks, I like her Red Hotz.. Was amazed at the flavor that came thru w/ that flavor on the "C" system. Was on par w/ DD'ing :)

And I did also. But the "C" is quite different right out of the box. I'm 30+ tanks in now on the same Atty. Not a single complaint, and haven't cleaned/maintained anything.

If you can find a "Single" negative remark about the Ego-C, I'd like to hear about it? Couldn't say the same for the Ego-T when it first came out, guaranteed.

It's great to see your review. I'm anxious to try the new eGo C type tank system. I hesitate to be an early adopter. Each new-to-market product I've purchased has had issues. I'd also like to see it at a higher voltage like a Kgo at 3.7 to 4.2v. The hit is so much better than 3.2 to 3.4. I'm allergic to the filler in cartos so this is uber-appealing to me - a tank that works with a low fiddle-factor. I hope to see more from you use your new eGo C type tank. Thanks, again :)

1000 volts....Im also trying to figure this out. There is alot of great advice on here, but I agree that after a while it can seem kind of complicated. When you get one, can you let us know what you got, how you liked it, and how it compared to the cheapo ones you tried before? I have the impression that the small cheap ones that are the same size as a cigarette are less reliable than slightly larger ones like the one you have been recommended to try, but Id love to hear what you think.

There are some nice mini's on the market. I actually use mine now that I've been vaping for awhile more and probably not as addicted as I was before. There are limitations due to the size- batteries don't last as long. You also can't use LR cartos on the mini's and I love LR cartos. I use it when I'm out, when I go shopping or walking the dog.

I would love to. Im ordering tonight.

I was reading into the kGo one and found this 2pcs 2.0ohm LR atomizer Does that mean i cant use standard 510 cartomizers on it. If i can only use a certain size then im sticking to the eGo. I thought LR where a different size, or did a read wrong?

Let me know. It will make my decision on which im getting.

Also, does anybody have a picture of these Chrome ones? Or a picture of the Titanium?

Much appreciated guys =]

Hello 1000Volts and welcome to this crazy place. :) I'm a little like swedishfish, mostly my experiences and a little from what I've learned here. She is fantastic, really, picked up a few things (lots really)from her ;).

I have an eGo passthrough, which for me works great. I sit at my comp all day, so no battery run down, and it can also be unplugged and used as a stand alone. I use smoktech cartomizers, a lot of people say really good things about boge, but I haven't tried them yet. Since I bought 5 smoktechs, and am getting about 2 or 3 weeks out of each, it will be a couple of weeks before I need more, maybe then :).
Anyway, you can get the eGo here for $16.99, and if you get a 5-pack of cartos you get a free bottle of juice. Not bad.

eGo 510 650mAh USB Passthrough Battery

Just my :2c:, and whatever you decide, it's the right decision, anything that helps with analogs is a great system.

Good Luck

TBH, I replied to the holier than thou condescending post due to it's nature, not the value or function of the eGo-C. Day-um, I do tend to 'lock on' such attitudes...

If this platform meets the needs of those in search for a grander vape, then pre$$ on. But, many in the same boat as I, are beyond the eGo tank platform due to the bought and proven past failures. And we rightfully view this system with a jaundiced eye, even with an endorsement from one with 'superior experience'. This is not elitism; it's our experience, post counts and vaping tenure aside!

Even with future raves for the eGo-C, I'll not purcha$e one due to the already claimed lower flav and finding my own niche! But if it floats your vaping needs, then buy one. I do see a couple of advantages over the ol' eGo tank platform.

I love my eGo-T's cone shape, not cylinder. Is that the 'A'? I always get confused between the A and B. The cylinder one has some leaking issues, if not used with the silicone caps.
Anyway, I have absolutely no leaking with my ( cone) eGo-T's. I have several. Most hassle free PV I own. Fill up tank, pop on and vape! No syringes, no filling, no leaking, great flavor. Looks good and can be mixed and matched with a large amount of atomizers, different size batteries etc.
I'm interested in the C... Is that the same as Ovale eLips? (But also waiting for reviews). If so, it's almost half the price directly from China.
I personally wouldn't recommend the old 510 to a friend. I have 3 friends - new to vaping - who went straight to eGo-T and doing well.

Greetings 1000

I am new to this myself and after much research this is what I purchased. I have had it about (2) weeks. Great battery life (pretty much all day and recharges in about an hour). The mega cartridges hold tons of juice and it puts out a lot of good tasting vapor. I am very satisfied with it. The price has risen about (5.00) since I purchased mine but the shipping was cheap. I also ordered an extra bat, (5) pack of empty carts and (2) extra atty's but the kit comes with (2) complete ecigs and (5) empty carts.. There are a lot of sales coming out at the end of this week, just something to keep in mind. I would not recommend this suppliers juice at this time though.

What I purchased:
Electronic Cigarette Kits Including the Joye Ego Kit | Joye Ego Starter Kit |

So heres a Poll.

Im stuck between these two.

The Joye eGo 510
Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Joye eGo

And

The kGo
KGO 1100 mAh 2 battery kit

Im not sure which to get because i like both of them. I would like others to vote on which they think i should get or would get for yourself. Im not interested in any new reccomendations at this time.

Either eGo or kGo with explaintion why you chose that one.

Voteing begins now! =]

BTW, thank you everybody for all your help, support and suggestions. =] Ill be back tomorrow evening to see the outcome. =]

Good evening 1kv... My vote goes to the kgo kit for a few reasons. First reason is the additional capacity 1100mAh on the kgo versus the 650mAh on the eGo no brainer... the two battries in the ego barely togother have more capacity than the one kgo battery alone. The second reason I vote kgo is the voltage... I have and use the same type of voltage available by both of these kits . Let me tell you definitively that half a volt difference is huge. The vapor is better, the flavor is more robust and more consistent alltogether with just that small difference. Reason three I own both devices in your post, one kit from joye and another from slb, the slb kit is older by about two months and both batteries still perform beautifully, on the other hand i just repaired the last ego battery that still worked day before yesterday. It too has decided to not charge so there ya go.. reliability would be my personal nail-in-the coffin. I hope this helps. Good Luck. Happy Vaping.

Ok, second note, I use 3-5mL per day of niquid, and I am an elecrtonics technician so I am naturally(accidentally) rather rough in my equipment. I do also recommend picking up a good low(~2ohm) resistance cartomizer for use on either piece of equipment. My final 2pennies. Good luck Happy Vaping.
