Phil uses straight Kanthol, no NR (which is fine, I take it).

It worked for Phil. However, in his Youtube comments, he did acknowledge that the original wick set-up had a NR-R-NR wire assembly. Evidently, he did not see the R/NR welds, as they were too small for him to notice initially.

I have been using 32g Kanthal (R) and 32g Nickel (NR) is all of my ceramic cup type device builds. Adding the NR wire becomes quite simple after a bit of practice. As such, I am not aware of any issues using only resistance wire for these type of devices.

It would make it a tad bit easier of a set-up I suppose, but I haven't tried it.

I didn't file anything. I don't loop it like the normal eBDP wick setup - too tight with 3mm Ekowool. I use a single strand, one tail comes out of one side of the ceramic and loops around, the other tail comes out the other side and loops around the other way.

I have no reference, but I suspect 3mm Ekowool is about 4mm silica.

Ahhh, enjoying the ball game with my eBDP. Now, only if my team could manage to string together a handful of wins.

- Andy . . . Don't let the Ciggieman getcha . . . Vape'em.

Still loving it I see ? I'm enjoying my term-c. Dead simple to setup and it vapes well and the large capacity is great , but my eBDP beats it hands down in vape quality.

New owner for the dripper pro.

Really excited by the result. Precise machining on a tiny devise. Minimal design which works flawless.

The only minus for me is a little bit hot vape for my taste, but probably is something more general at dripping..

Some photos:

With the drip tip "Lips" on it:

I have a question, if one of these, falls over with the juice in it, will the juice flow out? I have never had anything like this before, does the tip prevent spilling? This thing just looks prefect, for what I just ordered, it looks like it holds less juice, then the pro tank but very well built. I think it would be safe to say, it could survive a drop to concrete better then the pro tank.

Most of the juice is "inside" the wick so i suppose there will be no problem with a drop. I've no read any leakage from owners for months.

I carry mine in my pockets. I lay it on the couch. I have only had mine for about a month's time and it has never leaked nor disappointed me with its performance.
