I'm beginning to think they don't have a clue what's allowed and what isn't, so they just make up the rules as they seem fit. And if your shipment happens to be checked by some guy who didn't get any last night........(fill in the blank)

hahaha. Customs is a weird bunch, I've had motorcycle and car parts stopped and held for whatever reason, even gotten some letters. I know it's not "right", but labeling makes a difference right? "Aromatherapy oils" and "pen" parts for atomizers. If you guys do a magnum/juicebox/SD clone, no worries about batteries! I'm anxious over ordering my stockup supply from Eastmall, bunch of juice and atomizers.

Hi, new person here and new to e-cigs. I placed my first order for e-cigs and juice on 04/09 with Eastmall Intl. Last tracking update was 04/12, "Despatch from Sorting Center" Guangzhou. After reading these posts, I'm getting a bit concerned. To those of you who order from Eastmall, is this typical? How long does it take to receive your order? I did e-mail David Yang but have not yet received a response. Ahhhh! I really want to put down these damned cigarettes. I hope I'm not out $105. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I got my eastmall order in 8 or 9 days. Give it a little more time and see what happens.

If it was EMS shipping, use the tracking number on the USPS (post office) site.

Mine was ordered the 10th and is sitting in customs according to USPS.

I knew it was too good to last. My liquid shipment came in no problems, shipped on Friday here on Monday. My hardware shipment is another story. Got a call from the customs broker today that "there might be some problems". Strangely enough it's not the ecigs they're balking at, it's the lithium batteries.

Nothing definite yet. Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.

glad to hear your liquid got through okay. I've got one that's in limbo right now (hopefully they simply forgot to scan it, which does happen). Sorry to hear about the batteries thing; that makes no sense whatsoever.
