Missed her again. 
Crisis at the home hut. When we got home last night there was a man on a bulldozer making a driveway across our land. We showed him the survey markers, he agreed he was trespassing and would fix it. This morning, we see that he continued and bulldozed through anyway. OMG. So our new neighbor ran a logging road through our land. We went to the County, they sent us to the Sheriff, a deputy sent us to the DNR and no one is in the office over there. Mr. V is on his way home to deal with it. I'm spitting nails over here. My trees are gone, grass is gone, and I have a huge mud pit instead. What the hill is wrong with people??? /RANT, but start of tears.

Hey gals. I think it's official. We're going to break lease and go live with my dad. My mom offered to pay our rent, but we still wouldnt be able to keep up with the rest of the bills. Living with dad, again, isnt the easiest thing in the world, but I do believe it's the best option we have right now. At least we'll be able to save a huge chunk of my severance, and continue to save money. Unless... I get a job soon... I've already had a couple of nibbles. Just need to talk to a few people and discuss qualifications, shift hours, etc, etc. Who knows... This might actually work out to where we dont have to move.

I've never been one to sue. If he fills it, plants grass and trees, I'll leave it alone. If he does not, we'll call a lawyer. It's so freaking ugly.

The logger just called and said it's not his problem. That it's the property owners problem, he was just doing a job. What?????

As for the logger, shouldn't he have to get permits or something before ripping stuff out? Or at least consult a survey FFS! Seems like if he does this kind of work normally, he should be insured or bonded or something??

I guess he didn't need anything but Mr. Chang telling him where to put in the new road. Mr. Chang decided that rather than have an ugly logging road on his property, he'd put it on ours. Nicely done. The logger said to take it up with Chang, even though he kept going after I pointed out that it was our land. I'm furious and going back to the Sheriff's office. I want criminal trespass and property damage charges against Chang and the logger. They both KNEW it wasn't Chang's land, but thought they could be done before we saw it. Now the DNR has to be involved because they cut trees on the wrong property. What a freaking mess.
Yikes, FV! I too would be outraged! That's ridiculous. I hope it gets worked out soon and you get all the damage fixed at their expense.

Anyone want a couple of kids? They're potty trained and can do basic house chores. Free but no returns. 
So last night I fixed dinner, taco salads with the yummy crispy shell. There was enough for Morgan, me and Alex. Hubby was at work. Alex asked me if he could eat dinner with us if we had enough. Sure, no problem, just remember Morgan and I haven't eaten yet. Morgan fixes her as I leave for my weigh in meeting (I'm at 95 lb lost 
). I was sooooo looking forward to having a taco salad. It take a chunk of points for the day but I made sure I was careful all day so I could eat one. I got home from my meeting and came in. Alex was asleep and Morgan on the computer. I glance at the stove and went for a plate. To my horror there were no more salad shells. Morgan said Alex ate the rest of them. So I thought at least I could make a make shift taco salad without the shell. Nope, all the meat is gone too. I went on a tirade and made sure I woke up Alex. Talked to him about it and he said that Morgan had two shells so it was only fair he get too. huh?? I told him he was inconsiderate to eat it when he had already had one and I still hadn't eaten. He says he still right because I don't usually eat what I cook so he ate it all. :facepalm; You know, I wasn't completely upset about the food even though I was pretty mad about it. I was more upset about his being so inconsiderate and thinks he is right. He won't be eating with us anytime soon. And since he is going to run out of his food before the next grocery run, I told him to watch what he eats and if he runs out then I will be happy to provide ramen noodle, fruit, and a case of water to tide him over.

We stayed at the camper last night so I didn't have to look at the mess. I set up the crock pot with bbq pork before I left, so I'm looking forward to going back there tonight. Nice rolls, coleslaw, yummy dinner coming up.

Work was fine today. Now that we have another groomer the load isn't all on me anymore although this girl is super slow. She is nice though. I definitely will see a difference in my check but will not be so stressed at work . I may possibly have to get a second job on the weekends just until after Christmas since I'm not cleaning my sister's anymore, That was $120-$150 a month that is gone now. We'll just have to see how things are. On a fun note, if I do get a second weekend job, I'll definitely be applying at Joann's and Hobby Lobby. Craft supply discount.
