I've only tried creme de menthe so far (loved it) but have a couple other flavors on order. I noticed that Copper Creek says their stuff is Diacetyl free. Do you all do any testing of your product, or is there something you can post to confirm the claim for those who are interested in that sort of thing?

We do not do our own testing. We only use flavorings that are diacetyl free, and will ask our vendors for the test results to post on the website.
