CE8 clearomizer

I have a CE8 clearomizer, a "wickless" style, for an eGo style battery. It worked for a brief while, but now when I try to press the button, the light flashes three times, or sometimes, a solid light comes on, but no atomization happens- the coil doesn't work. Do I have a short? How do I go about fixing it? I've seen no videos or discussion of how to fix this particular clearomizer.

on most ego's three flashes means a short so your thinking is correct. the next answer is where is the short. does it happen with the clearo off the battery as well. if so its the battery. if not its the clearo and you will want to chuck it and buy a new one. if its the battery check with the vendor and see if its still under warranty.

The battery is fine, I've used it with other clearos.
