can you save used coils

i currently don't like this coil im using it's a 1.94 ohms. im finding it extremely difficult to get flavor out of my juices regardless what i do. ramp up the watts very little taste and if too high burnt taste, restrict air flow still very little taste compared to the 0.4 ohm coil i was using.

i do have a 1.something ohm coil it's like 1.05 or something ( i guess due to the vescocity of the juice ) and it has a better flavor then this 1.94 coil. i do have back up coils .5 i want to switch out but this coil is saturated in juice and was wondering is their any way to save it for when i run out of good coils as a last resort.

also any tips on how to get better flavor on coils that are 1.0+? i mean it REALLY seems to lack vapor as well as flavor in general.

No idea. It depends on your atty and e-liquid. I get tremendous flavor from 2 ohm coils in Kayfuns and Zen attys...

You could put the coil in a small ziplock bag if you want to use it again in the future.

i am using an aspire triton tank and running an evic vt. using a low wattage though because i get a burnt taste at just 20watts. not sure if it's just the juice either because the juices i buy have no pg/vg labeling on them and when i go online i can't find anything on the pg/vg levels but they do give me a pretty good flavor on sub ohm coils

Before I started building my own coils I would take my old Nautilus coils and put them in a small jar with vodka when they got gunked up. I'd leave them there for a week or so and remember to shake them a couple times a day. On many of them the vodka would eat away most of the gunk and make the coil usable again after it dried completely. They weren't like new but I did get lots more life out of them.

The vodka cleaning trick has been around almost as long as vaping. (I used to do it to my cartomizers to stretch their lifespan a few days.)
Just be sure to let the coil dry out before bagging it up and putting it away.

I don't think he's as concerned with improving the flavor as saving it for a "Just In Case" backup.

The coil can be put in something so it doesnt leak juice everwhere but like stevegmu said flavour production will drop after cleaning.

So yeah, just rember to wrap it in something so you dont end up with a puddle of juice floating around it.
