Most non smokers i know don't care about vaping. MOST are informed enough to know that vaping is harmless to them so have a live and let live attitude.
I can safely say that most of those people would object strongly to being in the vicinity of anyone vaping like the OP.
And as for the video, i was waiting for him to take a bow and pass around the hat...
Vape as you will but don't deliberately p*ss people off in the hope of getting a round of applause cos it aint gonna happen.
Kudos for the clouds OP but please don't do that in public because you'll make me ashamed of being a vaper...

And where is this happening??

Biggest problem around here, really the only problem actually, is stealth vapers.

Stealth vapers are working hard everyday to get vaping banned around here. They already have in many cases but they aren't gonna stop until its banned every where.

The cloud chuckers are outside quietly getting there vape on and nobody cares.

Meanwhile the stealther, who aren't nearly as good as they think they are, are vaping in non-vaping areas. Soon the whole show is gonna be shut down.

When I see a stealther in a banned area I tell them if I see them again they will be fired. If vaping gets banned on company grounds (which it almost certainly is) its not the guys following the rules who did it.

Actually it's anybody who draws attention in areas where you shouldn't be vaping. Such as crowds of unsuspecting people or inside stealth vaping. Both can and will have a negative effect on vaping.

Isn't the OP like in his 20's??

Thats what kids do. They ride loud motorcycles, loud music, squeal tires, blow cloudz and drink to much.

As a worn out old man it annoys me but when I was under 30 I did all those things. And it was alot of fun.

Yeah true. And it used to be smoking was cool for kids. Now they vape. But they don't just vape, they blow massive clouds and make it well known they are vaping. It's like a big red flashing light. Attention seekers! While the older adults just want to vape in peace and not be regulated. o_O

If one is stealth vaping properly no one notices. So how is it stealth vaping is going to
bring the house down on every one? They are banning vaping right and left across the
country and not even once have I heard it was because of the cloud chasers let alone
stealth vapers. Our behavior has zero to do with the bans other than we are vapers.
They don't care how we vape, its the fact we vape. Then there is the money thing.
I vape everywhere i can and stealth vape everywhere i can't. Even in check out lanes.
whether stealthy or not,no one cares. The general public doesn't even bat an eye.
I have said this before. Our vaping isn't the problem with the general public its that
everyone is to afraid to offend some one. The general public needs to see us vape.
They need to see us vape like its as normal as using a cell phone and not looking
like a poser. We need not hide around the corner like toddlers eating pilfered
cookies. We might as well. They are going to ban it anyway. We should at least
show the general public we have nothing to hide. I don't care if you chuck clouds.
Just be mindful of peoples personal space. Use an ego type set up in doors if necessary.
If you can afford the juice that goes thru your personal fog machine you can afford
a set up for more genteel company. Its high time we stop worrying about the nay
sayer's and ANTZ rhetoric about offending those "other people". 99.9% of those
"other people" do not care. ITS a small minority of people that think they have
to do the caring for them that is the problem.

The large cloud is your breath. I don't mind the smell of cigarettes, and I don’t mind the smell of vapor. I do mind having to inhale your expelled breath!
Blowing smoke in a woman’s face used to mean something, so dont be surprised someday to have a few baby boomers/GenX's humping your legs!

I have a setup for that for home use, but out in public my setups never do that. Even as a vaper, it's obnoxious to see that in public. I'd rather be a tootle puffer in public than a "cloud chaser" in public. Honestly, it's to the point where I'd rather see and smell someone smoke a cigarette than blow a big cloud in public while walking around.

Nailed it!

When i got back to my office the VP was waiting for me. He has now set a new policy that no one can Vape unless they are in a designated smoking area. I dont have a leg to stand on, as this is private property owned and controlled by the Company i work for. He isnt banning it, but he will not tolerate what he saw this morning. and since I am the Security Supervisor it is partly up to me and my officers to enforce this new regulation.
Some people just don't get it, your house, your rules, No Shoes/No Shirt No Service, No Hats, No Purple toenails, Dress Code etc etc etc etc... Really sucks this one guy screwed everything up for you, happened at a bar I go to, I was allowed to vape in there as long as I kept vapor production down so I kept some high nic (12mg) high pg juice around (70/30) to vape there, one day some guy started chucking huge clouds, fogged up the whole place and got it banned for all of us... very ignorant

@OP Not everyone smokes cigarettes, not everyone vapes, some people are very very sensitive to certain smells like my wife for instance, I have this one blueberry candy vape that makes her sneeze, its pretty funny but I only vape it outside, just because you like something doesn't mean everyone will even if its your favorite thing in the world, I never bring a RDA outside my yard unless I'm going out of the city camping or something where there's mostly people I know.

I really suggest you get a tank for dense population areas so you can get a nic fix if ya need it.

From the governmental side I don't worry to much about things one way or the other. A year or two ago vaping didn't amount to a wart on a gnats dupa. Now its a big deal because tax money is being lost. They are gonna find a way to get the tax money back. I don't know or care how they are gonna sugar coat it for the public but taxes are coming regardless of cloudz or no cloudz. When Albany wants its pound of flesh Albany gets its pound of flesh.

I mean private places. Like my work. They say no vaping. They don't say why, they just say no. No means no. Its not a discussion. Its been in place several years. Really we aren't allowed to have anything on our person except a wedding band but as long as your in the right areas and pull out your vape rig nobody says anything. Same for phones and smokes and candy etc. But sneaky vapers are gonna bring the ban hammer down hard.

Vapers, sneaky or not are not bringing about any bans. As mater of fact
it's been brought up at many public meetings this is why bans on vaping
would be unworkable.

OP, this rant is NOT aimed at you... I just wanted to get something off my chest that is in the same line as your post. Please dont think Im going after you here...

I vape, but that doesn't mean I wanna walk through someones clouds and inhale them. A guy where I work had a hexohm box with a twisted messes RDA outside this morning and was fogging up the area near the doors. Some form of a ry4 that he mixed himself. He was so impressed with himself. now I have been vaping at this building for over a month, but I normally head to the smoking area, or just shut the door to the security Office where I work to vape. People have never had an issue with me. But when one of the VP's came in he was ...... because he had to walk through that fog. I had to go out and tell him he couldn't do it near the entrance. He tried to argue with me that he wasn't smoking and therefore was perfectly fine, and that his RY4 smelled better than a cig did. I had him walk away from the building so we could talk, got out by the smoking area and I casually pulled out my IPV4 with my TFV4 mounted and hook a nice long hit... and then explained that I had been vaping with no problems for a while here with no issues because I'm respectful of others. That he had managed to piss off the VP of the facility, and that the VP was thinking about banning vaping on the premises because of having to walk through the fog near the main doors. I don't think this guy understood at all. He was still indignant that he was doing nothing wrong, that he was vaping not smoking and therefore could do it wherever he wanted to. And how his DIY smelled so good to everyone. Personally I thought it stunk and was NOTHING i would ever want to try. I tried to explain that to him, that not everyone likes the smell of vape, and he got mad at me and said I was just jealous of him mixing his own juice.

Some people just dont get it. we sit on this forum and rant and rave about the FDA trying to crack down on vaping... we get all up in arms about the public perception when some jack-wagon does something stupid and blows up his mod and how that gives the media something else to try to hammer us collectively for. and then we have this percentage of vapers that simply have no respect for others. Just because you think something smells good does not mean it is the same for everyone. I loved my Cigars and my pipes. I thought they smelled freaking GREAT. but other didn't. Now to me I think my vape smells great, but I know some don't. I simply keep my clouds for when Im alone, or in an area where I know it is ok. If I am in public I have a small tootle puffer rig that I use, but even then I use it sparingly when around other people. If im in a store that does not allow smoking, why would I think i could vape there either? People that are admittedly uninformed will see vaping in places like that and automatically public perception swings against us. we have enough hurdles to overcome without creating even more.

Well said, a lot of "Likes" on the above post. I don't decide for other people as to whether they should breathe my cloud, that is...a lot of bad manners on my part.

Which will be extremely hard for them to do without having the food industry blow up. If they do start taxing the hell out of eliquid it'll just promote DIY.

They are going to Tax the Raw Nicotine.

So doing DIY Isn't going to be a Solution (pun intended).

Do you think it will be a high tax? That means all juice will go up and diy will still be cheaper. As you cut out the middle man and is why it's cheaper right now.

This is Kinda Off-Topic.

But I think the Feds will peg e-Liquid use to Equate to a $1.01/Day (average) Tax. And that might be Based on 100mg/day (average) Nicotine use.

States will Do what States believe they can Do.

BTW - DIY is All based on the Ability to buy Nicotine Base in Liquid Form. Right?
