Can anyone out there help me figure out why my Go Go has a blue blinking light and will not charge with the adapter? I have emailed Cigeasy's customer service, but they have yet to respond and life without one of my Go Gos is nerve wracking. By the way - this ecig is brand new and has had the eight hour initial charge. :(

Thanks so much and your feedback is very appreciated.

I think it's telling you to charge it. Did you file back the plastic, on your charger? And did the LED on the charger turn red, when it was charging? These are Lithium Ion batts, BTW, and don't have memory. So there's no need to charge for 8 hours, just charge it until the LED turns green.

I'll bet you just have to cut or file back the plastic on the charger. Cut it, until the plastic is even with the metal, and a solid connection can be made between the battery and the metal on the charger.

I'm having the same problem. The first time I charged the battery it charged fine. when it started blinking latter I went to recharge it but it would not charge, no blinking blue led and the light on charger stayed green. does this mean the battery is bad? If it is I sure hope Go-Go U.S.A has gotten their stock in.:(

Hi all , im new to all this tec stuff and to this forum.
Ive been on e sigs for about two weeks and just had probs with the batts from day one . Im useing a Giantomizer with 3ml liquid and i think the batt is a 510 thing . Having probs with recharging ,blue light flashing and when i stick it on the charger the light stays green . Ive been in touch with the support site where i bought all this stuff from (Dampfdings) Germany and they said that i have to slightly lift up the small cold plate in the batt itself to get a better conection to charge but now i seem to have buggerd the small white O ring , can this be replaced ? or is there another better batt that i can use ?
Please help !

Macbeath - you should start a new thread to ask, not ask in an unrelated thread. Check for to make sure both the battery's threaded end and the charger's are clean and dry (wipe w/ dry tissue, including in crevices). Never buy auto batteries - they are so easy to damage or kill with juice leaks. Always buy manual batteries. Always try to buy real Joye or Janty brand 510 and Ego stuff (use vendors iVapour.co.uk and Liberty-Flights.co.uk)

And note - if you were using a 510 that was not Joye or Janty brand, then when you do get Joye or Janty buy a new charger too because some crappy clone models are reverse polarity and their chargers can melt real 510 batteries.

Sorry about that , i just saw" blinking blue light"and i thought this was the right place to ask .
Like i said all my stuff is from the same supplier and all online . Cant get anything out the shops here.
Yes i have cleaned them both but still no go ! Is it because ive dammaged the small white O ring ?
The batts look the real thing , cost € 54 with two batts with charger and 6 drip tips . A pal at work recomended that i get a Giantomiser because it last longer with its 3 ml juce.
Ive found a new online place call e sigg tools Germany , has anybody orderd from them or know them. they seem to have all the Joye stuff .

It is possible that the oring is damaged. I bought a bad battery before and the oring was ripped I think. The light would flash 3 times.
