Help problems with the Go-Go from Cig Easy

I just got the Go-Go from Cig Easy on 3/1/14 loved it!!!!!!! It is my first non-disposable. However after using it awhile (couple of days) the first battery I think went dead (blinked 15 times and stopped working) so I plugged it into the charger and hooked up the second battery, it worked for 3 days, blinked 15 times and stopped working. So grabbed the first battery that has been on the charger for 1 day and headed to work......before I even got to work it stopped working and blinked 15 times. That night I got home and unplugged the second battery from the charger and hooked the first one back up, with in a hour it too blinked 15 times and stopped working again......after research I raised the center post, checked for "extra" plastic around charger connector, and hooked one back up to the wall plug rather than the USB.......next morning same thing...the blue LED light blinks 3 times when you connect the batteries to the charger BUT the charger light goes red for about 8 secs then right back to green.....emailed Cig Easy because it was still under the 7 day warranty, that was 4 days ago and haven't heard back from them....anyone got advice??
