No such thing exists. There are lots of different battery
threadings and cartos need to screw onto the
batteries.
Most blank cartos are for 510, KR808D-1 and there are some for DSE801, saw once once for M401, and apparently some for Joye 306.
You need to find out what model the Premium really is. Some rebranders use RN4081 (has cartos available), L88B or M602C (may be able to use 306 cartos though I don't know where to get them, maybe 510 cartos), E9 aka KR808D-2 and for those you would need to get a D2 to D1 adapter at leCig and use KR808D-1 <- for all of these you would not use LR (low resistance) cartos which can fry a slim battery
So find out what you have. Whatever it is, it was made in China and it has a real model number.
To help narrow it down
RN4081 and 510 and 306 and M602C have male cartomizers and expect a battery with female threads. 306 and 510 and M602C threadings are close but not totally interchangeable - 306 may work on all 3. RN4081 is a different threading.
KR808D-2 aka E9 are female cartomizers. (as are the more popular KR808D-1 which ripoff rebranders usually do not sell since they don't want their customers to be able to get supplies elsewhere)
===================
EDIT! I think you are in luck. Very lucky. PR110 maybe be KR808D-1 according to one post I read - someone who says they use KR808D-1 supplies on the PR110 - try buying the Premium KR808D-1 Cartomizer (standard resistance, not LR) -
buy these and try them

And WARNING - you probably have automatic batteries. Drips from a cartomizer can kill an auto battery because autos are dependent on the drag sensor in the threaded end of the battery. So be extremely careful. Make sure the carto is clean on the threaded end and not going to drip before putting it on your battery. You can buy manual KR808D-1 batteries at LiteCigUSA.net or VaporLeaf.com, or in nice colors at Vapor4Life.com
