Try a genuine Kangertech Subtank Nano? I'm not affiliated with them just a regular vaper but I only buy well reviewed and quality genuine gear. Tried knock offs once (ego c and evods) and they leak and gurgle etc. Genuine evods and subtanks do not leak or gurgle at all, at least not for me and I carry them in a jacket pocket and ride a cycle to and from work.
Subtank - it's an expensive initial layout but comes with two coils one .5ohm to fire between 20-35W and one 1.2ohm to fire between 15-25W. Amazing flavour and performance and more importantly no leakage whatsoever. I'm on my 4th or 5th tank full now and still going strong and it has not leaked even a smidgeon even once.
I'm not usure what PV or tank set up you use. But from all my vaping history for low wattage / volts vaping I use genuine EVOD's and for high wattage vaping I am thrilled by the subtank nano performance.
My EVOD uses 80PG/20VG juice and no leaks and my subtank 50PG/50PG juice and zero leakage if that helps you any. If these don't leak with those ratios, then why should you accept it in your tank? In vaping I find best to go quality to avoid the hassles that can make it disappointing and difficult. More layout for tanks but then use replacement coils.
Janty XL cartos are also leak and hassle free if low power vaping, they do them in single coil reg ohm or lower ohm or even dual coils now, same for EVODs.
